I am the owner of 2 chihuahuas .I have taken my dogs there for 3 years.When my dog Rebel got very ill with Imha,Dr Rutkowski I believe saved his life.She gave me many updates on his condition every day he was in the clinic.The entire staff is wonderful and show a great deal of concern for my dogs.There has never been a time they were ever rude or uncaring.I trust them with both my dogs life.Vet care is expensive thats why I have pet insurance.If you want the best care for your pets this is the clinic you want.I have seen every vet there .They are all great.I wouldn't go anyplace else. |

If you value your animal's life, don't ever take it to this vet!! I lost my beloved african grey thanks to Dr. Judy R Rutkowski. She doesn't care about any of your concerns regarding the treatment your bird gets. She does whatever she wants regardless of how you feel. She doesn't give you the vital information or warnings you need either, which is what happened to me. My bird's death could have been easily prevented had she only informed me properly. And to top it off, Dr.Rutkowski tried to manipulate me into thinking I alone was responsible for my bird's death even though her negligence was a large part of it. They charge you ridiculous amounts for their services and they have no payment plan. Their only concern is how much money they can get from you. I'm heartbroken and sick over the loss of my baby. I'm warning everyone I can so the same fate doesn't happen to them. I hope everyone sees these monsters for what they really are, and that they lose all their clients. |

I have 4 dogs and have had excellent care given by all the doctors. The technicians are the best. I highly reccomend this facility |

We have been going to this vet for years. The staff are very nice, attentive, and really care about our animals. We do sometimes feel pressured to get tests, and prepare ourselves beforehand to say no. They are very expensive. |

We will never go back. After we waited over 40 minutes before we were even able to see the vet tec we were pushed into testing for everything under the sun. one test which was actually needed turned out to be positive for lyme disease, and were forced to set appnts for a list of extra appnts, tests, scans, pills to deal with it. I went back to my normal, trusted vet... she laughed at this, its a rip off. Were not even sure if he DID have lyme or they just needed to sell us something. Way too much money, too much pressure and we left there more confused about lyme then we went in! |

Had a great experience. Staff and doctor really cared about my dog. Offered all the correct services. No pressure, and willing to allow me to take perscription to own pharmacy. Even though very busy took the time necessary to check out my dog completely. |

Rip off prices. Even the other animal hospitals on Walbert Ave. make fun of their prices. |

This animal clinic forces pet owners to do almost anything to keep you coming into the clinic to spend money. They prescribe medicine that works great but will cancel your prescription if you don't purchase the meds from them. If they can't force you to by their meds marked up over 300%, the give excuses why your animal needs bloodtests. Its all a racket to Judith Rukowski. In it 100% for the dollar! |
