Click to report rating    5/17/13   5     5     5     5   The doctors here are very nice. They have cared for our animals for years. After reading the previous comments I am very surprised. It is also one of the reasons I don't like ratings like this. You can't get both sides of the story. Dr. Reddington has always discussed things with us and tried to make sure we knew things as they were found out. They have always worked within my budget. I trusted them for years and still do. I suggest you go in and meet the staff and decide for yourself.  RID: 42554

Click to report rating    1/15/13   2     2     1     1   While their fees maybe low, you don't ever want to bring a sick pet here. In Jul '12, AAH diagnosed our dog w/ a bladder infection & hypothyroidism when, in fact, her spleen had ruptured & she was bleeding internally. Under the "care" of Dr. Reddington, her condition went undetected & worsened. I had to pick her up & bring her to an emergency clinic at GA Veterinarian Services, where she was properly diagnosed and operated on. Altho all records went to AAH, we didn't receive a single call asking how our dog was doing, what they could do to help, nothing. We got a post card, months later, reminding us to sked a follow-up blood test for hypothyroidism-a condition she never had. I called AAH & asked for someone to call me to discuss my experience. I wanted someone there to know how we were treated & try to help them avoid this happening to someone else. 4 biz days later, I received no call. Don't be lured by the low fees here. Cross this one off your list. It's not worth i  RID: 39637

Click to report rating    5/27/11   1     1     1     1   Took the dog in for a bath. He supposedly acted up. My bill end up being $100. My complaints fell on deaf ears--was told, "there's nothing I can do." Problem is, I am a long time customer that spends thousands there each year. I will spend it elsewhere thank you. Stay away.  RID: 25257
