Dr. Roper has taken care of my animals for 20 years. All have lived, and/or are living very long and healthy lives. The staff is intellignt, well tained and extremely conscientious. I feel like family and will never go anywhere else. |

Dr. Roper is the best! He has taken care of my herd of Daschunds for several years! His staff is top notch!!Alway cheerful and you can tell they love what they do!! |

Dr.Porterfield is great. Front office staff very caring. Had to PTS my Louie and they took such good care of us. Dr "P" listens and I only have good things to say about this office. |

I have been taking my dog here since I moved to San Diego close to a year ago. My dog has chronic ear infections so needless to say we have spent probably over a $1000 there in less than a year. So I took her there last week for an ear infection and on Monday she started showing signs of a cough. well I assumed it was a reaction to her medication and called the vet. He said not to worry about it that she probably just has a dry throat. Well it got worse and I looked up symptoms of Kennel Cough and it matches to a tee. Now the Vet is denying she could of got it there and not working with me at all. Even though she hasn't been around one other dog since. I can't get the Dr. to call me back in a reasonable time and they won't get her in for a few days. Not to mention the staff is rude, telling me "well for lack of better words .. it won't KILL her". thanks. Nice service after I have spent so much money there. Their lack of concern will definitely send me looking for a different vet. |

Dr Roper has become a part of our family and it wasn't hard to do. Dr. Roper has a genuine interest in your pet regarding to who the pet is and what is going on with the pet. The first time I saw him I had 3 dogs who were older, but he got on the floor with they (back in 1999) Now we have 7 dogs and he is so excited everytime we come in with a new pup. He will support whatever regamine your dog is on but will still give out great ideas. And it's his vet store and I feel at times, I am walking into his home. He treats our dogs as part of his group. Great office |

Amazing! I hope I'll never need to go anywhere else. These people are totally trustworthy, competent and all for the animals. |
