Our last stay (10 days) here was a disaster. After we picked up our dogs (2 Boston Terriers) we found that one had acquired a definite fear of anyone wearing black pants and this includes US! He wouldn't respond to us at all and cowered away in fear. When we changed the pants, everything was fine. I can only assume that he was severely abused by someone at this facility wearing black pants. Phone calls to the owner of the facility were diverted to someone lower down the food chain. He obviously has no interest in customer satisfaction. Being unable to contact the owner, who hopefully has the power to correct this situation leaves us no alternative than to rate this company UNACCEPTABLE and recommend that you find alternative pet care. |
