I just wanted to express my deep gratitude toward Dr. Harrison and her wonderful staff for all the care they've provided for my dog over the years. I recently had to put my 15-year old Shepherd to sleep and was devastated. Dr. Harrison and her staff treated me with such kindness and compassion; it made a very difficult process much easier. Over the years, they've always been there when I needed them. The staff is very nice and always made me & Max feel welcome and treated us both with the utmost care & respect. It's unfortunate that there are a couple negative reviews on here; I was glad to see Dr. Harrison address them because every story has two sides. Anyway, I can't say enough good things about this great group of people. If I ever get another dog, I'll be sure to go back. |

The vet did complete bloodwork on my cat in March and told me she was perfectly healthy even though her weight had dropped from 11lbs to 6.2lbs. By the time I booked an urgent appt in August, her weight had dropped to 4.8lbs. Another round of bloodwork showed her kidneys were failing. The vet said she couldn't see her for a couple more days and wasn't willing to check her in for immediate treatment. Said they had probably been failing for a year and a few more days wouldn't matter. Took her to another vet immediately who reviewed her file and said her kidney problems had been obvious in April. She is now checked in and receiving treatment there. However, she is in serious condition now. |

Dr. Jane Harrison rushes through appts. She's not friendly and I never feel like my questions are answered. I have 2 rabbits, she claims she can take care of them, but she's NOT an exotic vet. She's no better with rabbits then any other regular vet. I am ending my time with her, and finding someone much better and nor caring. |

Dr. Mockler is fabulous, calls right back, cares about the older ones and knows what to do. The facility is nice and the other employees are fabulous! |

Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean, punctual, accomodating. My dog loves it there and we've had all positive experiences. I've always been able to get an appointment quickly and the staff is very thorough & kind. They also see rabbits, guinea pigs, mice & hamsters. Highly recommended! |
