When I got home from my appointment there was medicine missing from the order. I called and was told to come back and pick it up no problem. When I got there I was given a hard time, had to pay for the missing meds again. |

When our regular vet, gave us not great hope, and a very high estimate for ACL surgery on our 10 year old dog, we went to Dr. Balonek for a second opinion--Not only did he assure us that the surgery would be a complete success--the bill was half the price of our vet. China Rose is now perfectly fine and loves her NEW vet--DR. BALONEK!! The entire staff is also the great kind of caring people you would wish for when your adored pets need vet attention. We tell everyone we know how lucky we are to have found such a wonderful,caring and kind group of animal lovers. |

Dr. Balonek is one of the most self-less wonderful vets I have ever met. We had a young dove several years back with a splayed foot, we were told by several other vets to just euthanize him because the odds were not in his favor to repair the foot. Dr. Balonek was willing to do surgery to try and correct the foot, he priced the surgery VERY reasonably, acted with such compassion for our little guy and the dove recovered from the operation gracefully. He is also our rats' vet and treats them too with such care and love. He is really a spectacular person. |

Dr.Blonic is by far the best around, with a knowledgable and caring staff.highly recommended.best i have seen in 40 yrs. |
