I spent $1391.63 here for a whole lot of nothing. I ended up reporting to the BBB (they said it was a medical malpractice case and dropped) and the State Board said technically they hadn't done anything "illegal" and sent her a "letter of guidance" for further practice. They are no longer member of the BBB b/c they've been reported 4 times in the last 36 months (check out the BBB website). Do not go here.

I was impressed with the genuine caring this vet has. She not only showed compassion for my cat, but for me also. My cat has really bad teeth, and i could not afford to do everything he needed at once, so Dr. Swanson and staff made an affordable plan that spread the cost out. it was easier for me to get the needed care. I would recommend this vet to everyone.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Swanson. I took my two healthy four year old cats in for a dental. Their ad states that dental starts at $250. Since nothing out of the ordinary was done I assumed the bill would be $500 - 600. They would not give me an estimate over the phone. After waiting 2 hours to check in I was given a low end and high end estimate. I was very ill and told them this, I had a temperature of 100.7, I had a dr. appt. for myself after waiting 2 hours to drop my cats off. I went to pick them up and the bill was $1,564.95. There were no extractions, nothing out of the ordinary was done. My one cat became very ill after the procedure. I went back and was charged an additional $148 to hydrate here. When I asked Dr. Swanson if she felt it was fair to charge me she said yes, we do hundreds of dentals and your cat's illness has nothing to do with the dental. She was rude but I was between a rock and a hard place. Never take your pets here. I was robbed.

i came in for a second opinion for my cat. i was treated with compassion and concern, and my questions were answered in more detail than i had with my previous vet. my kitty is now being treated for skin and mouth problems, and he is so much more comfortable! Oscar(my kitty) seems to really like everybody there too.

This is another vet in a long line of terrible vets in Denver. The doctor barely knew the difference between a dog and a cat and wanted to charge us $500 to diagnose ringworm on our dog. After I complained about the price it miraculously was reduced and she decided she would try some medication instead of some hundreds of dollars in tests. The place was scummy, the techs were morons, and I really really did not like this vet. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere more reputable.
