They have outstanding customer service. The person who does the grooming service does an excellent job. The doctors and support staff are very patient and explain the problem and when possible give you alternatives for treatment. If x-rays are necessary, they tell you what the expense will be and then ask you if you want them. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The grass area in front of the facility where most dogs venture before entering the building is monitored and well kept. I give it a 4.75 out of a possible 5.0.
