3/23/13   2     1     1     1   The qorst experience I've ever had with a vet. He held my dying 19 year old cat by the scruff of her neck in the air supposedly to demonstrate that she couldn't see. He was rude to us, cruel to the cat, and dismissve of his staff. Horrible, horrible man. I hate that part of my cat's last few hours were spent in this hell-hole. RID: 41267

Click to report rating    10/10/11   1     1     3     1   This vet is the only 24hr emergency vet available weekdays after hours....so despite the bad reviews i had to go to him because my 15 year old dog was suffering and needed to be put down....what a nightmare! He was rude, he yelled at me, and then put on his jacket and stormed out of the office and refused to work with me....he left me standing there with a dying, suffering animal all because i had asked him if he could put her down in her kennel or if i could hold her and be with her in the room during her final moments. He refused....his way or the highway....it was horrific. All that the vet tech said after i had been abanded by the doctor was.."You need to leave, he asked you to leave". Totally heartless. I had to drive my dog to my regular vet and wait in the parking lot for 2 hours until they opened. RID: 28216

9/9/11   2     1     1     1   In February of 2011 we took our dog to Cutten Animal Clinic because he was very ill. Our dog was 17 and we knew it was probably time for him to go, however, we never expected to have his final hours be with such a horrible excuse for a human being as this Dr. He was rude, slamming drawers in his office because he was pissed at his staff, he was rough with out dog and he went upstairs and continued screaming at his poor staff. We had our dog put down and couldn't get out of there fast enough. it was HORRID! I went back in after he left to tell his poor staff they didn't have to work for a man like that and they were both crying. What is wrong with this person and why does he still have a license. The weekend emergency vet would go 7 days a week if Dr. Humble wasn't blackmailing all the other vets. He needs to GO! i can't even drive by his office without feeling sick at the regret i have about our dog's final hours being with that scum. RID: 27494

Click to report rating    9/7/11   1     1     1     1   After much wasted time doing intake while my cat was seizing, this emergency "doctor" made an on the spot diagnosis and said he was going to euthanize him. Fortunately, my cat Moses passed away on his own terms when my partner ordered this quack out of the room because I was so upset and my cat was suffering. God bless Moses. This guy should not be in business. RID: 27455

Click to report rating    3/3/10   5     3     3     3   Staff is wonderful and our pet recieved good treatment during an after hours emergency. However, the Vet was very rude to his staff, and spoke rudely to us. He also did not use any protective items such as gloves, etc. He had no cover jacket and had blood on his shirt and hands, and at one point even wiped his eye and face with his bloody hands. I may just be spoiled by our own wonderful vet. Hope I never have to visit again RID: 16878

Click to report rating    4/25/07   5     4     5     4   Attended to our dehydrated daog after given birth to puppies. He was honest to the point and came in early to deal with us as an emergency. Cost was low and the cure was quick. We now have three happy dogs. Momma, and her two puppies. RID: 3620

Click to report rating    2/26/07   1     1     1     1   Sept.17,2005 we took our 19 yr old cat to his after hrs place.Didnt know he worked there. He handled our cat in a callous manner. She had renal disease(end stage}and was blind, while taking her temp,he caused her to scream in pain.I was really upset. When we got home that evening,I noticed she was bleeding a bit.I was shocked.Just where did he put that thermometer anyway? He also told me she could last the wk end or drop dead. What a mean person. No animal deserves being treated rough, especially one who was that frail. RID: 2920

1/2/07   1     2     1     1   Dr Humble is more concerned about the money that he will be getting than the care of the animal. He has turned away animals that have been involved in accidents when he is the vet on call because he says that chp and police depts do not pay their bills. He is rude and has a very poor attitude.
