Click to report rating    1/11/07   1     1     1     1   This place is disgusting. Our dog was critically sick but the illness was easily treated. We had to leave him over night, but the next day no one was there until two hours late. Our dog's gums were white and the buckles on his collar were ice cold- they left him outside all night in January! Even though we knew the cause of the illness and had told them when we admitted our dog, one of the vets, thumbing through a vet text, tried to convince us that our dog had a rare fatal disease instead of treating the correct illness. We rushed him out of there and thank god another awesome vet squeezed us in and saved our dog's life. The new vet found out Delta had given our pup half the dose of medicine he needed to survive and that they couldn't send over the X-rays they charged us for because they had mysteriously disappeared. I don't know where these guys got a vet degree but they are crooked and terrible vets, and anyone with access to a vet textbook could do better. RID: 1911

Click to report rating    1/11/07   1     1     2     2   Staff? What staff? The doctor agreed to see my ferret - but apparently has zero knowledge on ferrets. My pet had poked his poor little eye on a cactus and the vet simply took his temperature, remarked that it was high (it was NORMAL - they naturally have higher temps), and gave me some canine eye moisturizer. The place is small, dirty, and has a noxious odor. He also said, quite jovially, that my ferret "looked very healthy" - when in fact, he is marvelously obese. This guy may be great with dogs or cats, but please keep your exotics far away from here. There are too many reasonably-priced exotic vets that are WAY better. RID: 1910
