Advertises cheaper than Pet-Med but actually charges 3 times the advertised price as PetMed. Bait and switch that you would expect from a used car salesman.
The facility was adequate the Bill was WAY above the upper limit estimate and the service was nothing special.
The caregiver said she was unable to give anestisia, yet I was still billed for it. They insist it was used but I doubt it.
After looking up the markup well above PetMeds price, they would not accept the return of the unopened medication they overcharged for nor reimburse the difference. I will be writing the BBB about this place as well so yuou can also see this review there.
Since this place has changed owners it is no longer a good value will NEVER return.
I know a half a dozen vets that could have provided the care they did for 1/4 the price.
I went here because it used to be the best, not any more.
Save yourself a headache and find a reputable veterinary office. |

outstanding dr's and staff! if need to talk to one of the vets they will pick up the phone or call you back quickly. i called the office at 6:15 on a sunday morning when my wiener dog was having breathing problems, i was shocked when dr. van horn answered the phone at home and gave me instructions! i will never use another vet for my dogs,and have recommeded them to many friends! |

Staff is very knowledgable and caring. They took the extra time to help me carry everything out to my car, they are very sweet ladies. Would refer to this clinic! |

We just started going to Tri City & so far very happy. He takes so much time to explain & go over things. I just happened to stubble across this website looking for something else & was amazed by all the great reviews! We were previously recommended by a friend, and it looks like that friend recommended a great place! |

I have been with the Tricity Animal and Bird Clinic since Dr. Hogan took over. I have had the good fortune to have Dr. Van Horn take care of all of my cats and can tell you that he is surrounded by the most competent vets and staff that I've ever seen. I travel all the way from south county because I don't trust anyone else to take as much time and care of my animals. I am a nurse and know that they have used every means possible to take care of them and also know when it is time for me to say good bye to my little family members. They treat my cats as though they were their own and are up to date on all of the latest tests and treatments. I have never thought of using anyone else and feel they deserve more than a pat on the back for their kindness and compassion. |

After moving to Chesterfield 10 years ago with 2 dogs and 4 cats I tried a couple of dismaying vet clinics, totally unsatisfied with the care provided; then a friend from a rescue group sent me to Tri-City! Yes, they are friendly and caring but, also so competent and they do keep up with all the new meds and procedures. I love Dr Morhaus, Dr King and Dr Van Horn and most of my animals would not have lived so many years without them. I highly recommend them if you care about your pet(s). |

What a great group of people! Everyone on staff is caring & knowledgeable, and goes out of their way to be helpful. They take their time and really listen to concerns and questions -- and STILL manage to be punctual with appointments. I'd recommend them to anyone! |

I have to say that Tri-City is the best vet in St. Louis. One of the best parts of the practice is that when I walk in I am treated like I am part of the family. They always know who I am and they are ready to give me their undivited attention whether I have a serious concern about my animal or if I just want to chit-chat. I would trust in any recommendation that the doctors give me concerning my pet, and I know that I have a whole team of qualified and expert people making sure I know all the facts about my pet's health. They help me be the best pet owner I can be for my pet. |

When we had to put out dog down, everyone in the office with Dr. VanHorn was there for us. He told us to take all the time we needed to say Good-by to her. Dr. VanHorn and his staff are so caring and loving people. I would never consider taking my animals to any other doctor. |

Dr. Van Horn was thorough and took time with me. He was very caring and the staff was friendly. Facility was very clean. The doctor even got a lick from my dog! |

I drive 1 hr 15 minutes to this vet, I would not go to any other in the area. Absolutely fabulous, caring Doctors and staff, best medicine and car for your pets. |

Although this vet was very far from where I live, I would consider taking my cats to see Dr. Morhaus again. I felt she listened to me and was observant and careful with my special needs kitten |
