Dr. Heist-Hall and her staff have consistently gone above and beyond the normal expectations of a veterinarian with the care of our pets. We were unaware of the serious condition one of pets was in when bringing him in due to rapid breathing and Dr. Heist-Hall's sense of urgency and decisive approach helped to save our pet's life. Her thoroughness, professionalism, and compassion show in every visit - whether routine or for less than pleasant situations with a dying pet. As noted by another posting, she also made a chicken and rice mixture to ensure an ill pet of ours received necessary nourishment when she would not eat any other food. Dr. Heist-Hall will clearly provide a pet owner with explanations of her actions and of options and consequences of treatment when applicable. She combines her keen abilities and vast experience to provide pet owners with the very best possible care one can ask of a veterinarian. |

Dr. Heist-Hall is a very caring, intelligent, thorough, experienced vet, who takes a lot of time to explain your pet's care. Wonderful, caring staff. A very impressive, clean, well-equipped new clinic. Dr. Heist-Hall made homemade chicken & rice for my Mom's dog in ICU to get her to eat. May be a little more expensive than other vets in the area, but worth it. |
