Click to report rating    9/7/07   5     5     5     4   Been at this hospital twice with my diabetic cat for emergency crisis. Dr and nurses kept me informed and up to date with everything they were doing and never made me feel as if I were bothering them with my many (and I mean many) phone calls through out the night to check on my boy. The hospital was very clean and didn't "smell" like the veterinary clinic I go to. Each time I went I was seen immediately even though the second time they were busy but a nurse came out to explain to people waiting that my cat needed immediate attention and everyone was ok with that. All though it is a bit pricey, it is an emergency hospital so I expect that. My cat is still alive and doing well and I'm thankful for that.  RID: 5849

Click to report rating    7/2/07   4     5     4     1   Very expensive, but the vets were very knowledgable and caring towards our dogs. We've gone there twice and would recommend it!  RID: 5045

2/5/07   1     1     2     1   Really do work in commission. Offer $$$ in services and try to make you feel like you must accept all services to help your pet. Took a dog in that I recently adopted from the humane society. He had kennel cough and the HS was closed. They scared me to death with their diagnosis (pneumonia) gave me very expensive antibiotics and a controlled substance for the cough. Also pressured me into blood work and x rays. Spent a few hundred there, but didn't feel comfortable with the diagnosis. Took the records and xrays to the humane society the next day. Diagnosis:Kennel Cough. Asked about the xrays, vets said lungs look and sound clear, no signs of fluid. Asked about the medication, vets said really didn't need the "big guns" and an inexpensive antibiotic ($10) and cough suppressant ($8) would do the same. Felt I was taken for a ride because I was worried.  RID: 2641
