The staff at NTEPC are awesome! My cat got sick over the holidays and they took him right in and made him comfortable while we waited to be seen. They are honest and don't add unnecessary services to run up the bill, which has been my experience in the past. They are kind, caring and treated my cat like he was one of their own. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! |

NTEPC saved my dog's life! Not only were they quick to get my dog in and exam him, but they were compassionate to me and my dog. The whole staff is very caring, understanding, and keep you updated regularly throughout the hospitalization. They are honest and upfront about their services and estimated costs. All of the doctors and nurses treated my dog like he was their own and that is trully comforting while your dog is so sick and in the hospital. If your regular vet is closed or do not have time to take your pet to the regular vet, DO NOT HESITATE to take your pet to this emergency clinic as they are very experienced, knowledgeable, and give so much TLC! |
