I'm 48 yrs old and have a pedigree whom I love...here is my complaint.
I just want you all to know that we have a pedigree whom we dearly love. Due to economy we had to move a lot with jobs. We have never failed to care for our pet.We had to leave AZ and move to TX with a thought to be refill on heartgard so we did not rush to the vet. I called to place the order for heartgard and was refused. After calling the office and speaking to JENNIFER, she said my dog would have to be tested because he has not had the medicine for 6mths now. She was very unproffessional and rude. The very least she could have done was call the previous vet to see that our dog was continuously on heartgard insead of accusing me.She refused to help. It's not like they do not have medical records. They do. You would think they would have performed the test while I was there. B4 giving me new RX.
dr josh called me back and chewed me out and hung up on me before I could explain.Never Again! |

Dr. Josh is friendly, bright and personable. The staff really makes you fell relaxed and welcome. I had a great experience. |
