Being a one vetrinarian clinic, if the he is out then there is no one else to take his place. When asked if they could contact him via cell phone for emergency they were not willing. They suggested I go to another vet. Finally they agreed to call him only after I got upset. For the price they charge I expect personalized care and that is not the case. They were also late delivering blood test results. Overall they are polite to you but the service is lacking especially given their costs. |

Very expensive. Good choice if you are willing to spend one to two hours for an appointment. The doctor spent most of the 4 appointments I had there checking prices, checking in on other patients, and talking with the staff. Did not give sub-q fluids to a serverely dehydrated pet, which is normal practice. |

Dr. Simon is a one person practice. He personally gives all injections and anethesia for surgeries, and knows all his patients almost as well as the owners. Very personalized care. Also offers holistic treatments as an alternative to traditional medicine. Wonderful vet! |
