I don't usually rate products and services online, but after seeing an awful review on Insider for this veterinary clinic I felt compelled to defend some very excellent veterinarians and their staff. Tom Mohapp and Terry Humphrey are compassionate and knowledgeable animal docs. I have had great confidence in them for years now. Tom treated our black Lab for years as we battled severe allergies that manifested in the dog's ears. It could have been exceptionally expensive, but Tom was sensitive to the costs of it all and considered us in that regard. It was a very sad day when the dog was finally euthanized at age 13. A few days later we received a heartfelt handwritten card which helped ease the pain a bit. These folks care, don't kid yourself - and please don't jump to conclusions on any angry comments that people might write. |

Having two senior dogs, I have seen all three vets at Mandalay. All are knowledgeable and competent, and my experience has been that they are respectful of any concerns you might have as a pet owner. Vet care nearly any place tends to be expensive and Mandalay is not an exception, but I do think they try their best not to waste your money on unnecessary tests or procedures. |

My puppy was hemorraging with pyometra and Dr. Mohapp performed emergency surgery on the spot. We did not think she would live through the night. I was told to bring her in if I was concered even if it was three times a day. I was not charged for any "scared visit nor follow up. Now she will be getting acl surgery after 5 years of good health. Thank you Dr Mohapp. |

Very thorough, very considerate. Actually care about your pet's well being, not just the money they're going to get from you. |

this is the best place to take your animals. they are very professional and friendly. i wouldn't trust anyone else with my furry friends! |
