Have two cats who have been on the kitty wellness plan for over a year now. I also have a 29 yr old cat who isn't on any wellness plan. It's a very busy place but I haven't had any complaints. They probably need more people at front desk but doctors & staff have been great. |

I purchased the wellness plan and while on the plan our dog went in for spay, we were told that her liver count was too high and had to pay for the liver work. She went in later...still on the plan and once again the liver count was too high. One month after the plan ended, her liver count was OK! We complained and complained. If your looking for fish oil, here's the place to find it! I don't trust this place at all. |

the staff act like they are doing you a favor and are rude some times. I had been bringing all my pets there but pulled them out, they gave my dog shots he didn't need, and the insurance covered nothing when he was sick, leave while you can,, |
