6/23/11 Thurs - Terrible Experience!!!! – Don’t Go There
This clinic is all about the money; they use numerous tactics to charge unnecessary fees. I would never go there again or recommend the clinic. I made a "grooming appointment," for $48. When I got there to get my dog GROOMED the receptionist proceeded to tell me it would cost $200 because she needed 3 additional shots and a physical exam b4 they could groom her; she is only 7 months old. I explained that I was not aware she needed add’l shots. She made no effort to assist me instead gave me the cold shoulder and indicated they would have to stop the grooming. Brought my dog back out and hand her to my husband like a wet rag dog; ears dripping water. As it turned out she only needed 1 shot which she will receive from her Vet for $26. I spoke to the Assistant Office Manager about the care they gave my dog she was very matter of fact; could have cared less. Their goal was to make her a patient, I just wanted her groomed. |
