Dr. DeRolf and his staff have always treated me & my pets like family. It's great to walk into a place that knows who you and your pet are as soon as you walk in. Staff is always smiling and seem to get along well and genuinely love their job. I definitely recommend this place 110%! |

They have loved our animals for many years. The staff is compassionate and professional. Facilities are clean. |

Definate downward trend here. One older male staff member is extremely rude. Dr. D has treated my animals for 10 yrs. Lately he has other vets covering and is next to impossible to see personally. Very sad to leave but necessary for the good of my furry family. |

Dr. DeRolf is compassionate and caring, not only towards his patients, but their owners as well. The staff makes you feel at home and they are also efficient. Prices are lower than anywhere else in Salem as far as I can tell. |

Dr. DeRolf & his staff are the best! They have taken VERY good care of my cats & dog for many years & were wonderful with me when I had to have 1 of my cats put to sleep. They are very caring with not only the pets, but their owners too! |

Not impressed.....staff was kinda cold, facilities weren't great.Prices were ok but ... Wouldn't return |

Dr Derolf is an excellent Vet. Trust him wholeheartedly. Prices very affordable, staff wonderfully friendly, convenient hours. Great with my pets and loves his job. |
