Staff and Doctors have an awesome compatability, i love coming here and would tell all my friends to come here for pet care. I never see frowns when i walk in. Super Job, these people know thier stuff.i feel confident that my concerns for my pets are always treated with the respect i expect. |

Very caring and compassionate staff! Our animals are cared for as if they were human. I absolutely love the care and have 100% confidence in the quality of treatments that my pets recieve. |

Dr Mueller was very nice and thorough. I even thought of more questions when I got home so I called her, and she called me right back and we talked for a little while. She was very helpful, nice, and wanted to make sure my doggy and I were happy! |

Love this clinic!! Good staff people and Dr. Hinson is wonderful. They are caring people and have a really nice facility. |

Dr Hinsin is great. He wants to be thorough and get everything right! Their faciility is huge and other Dr Mueller, is great too. None of my questions are stupid questions. Krista who works up front is really nice too. I trust them with my dogs! |

Dr. Hinson is awesome. He talks to you like you are someone. He goes over everything until you understand it. He allowed me to look under the microscope and talked with me about how to help my cats. He loves animals and it shows. He is patient and gives you all the time you need. He has called me at home to check on my animals. Dr. Mueller, the female doctor, is so nice. She gave me her personal phone number and told me she would meet me at the hospital if my kitten got any sicker. The staff, once they get to know you are wonderful. They are all rather quiet people so some people think they are rude. They are far from that. Their knowledge on nutrition is good and they believe in the more natural, let the animal heal itself, approach. Mendakota is my new favorite vet. |

Dr. Hinson is great! His associates are a little less impressive though. I felt like the younger male vet working for him was more than a little condescending when I brought in my dog with an injury (like I was a bad owner because my dog got hurt). His desk staff is a okay and get the job done, but not outstanding by any means. |
