They're just out for the money not to help your pet. My dog had surgery on her ear they gave her nothing for pain and nothing to keep the infection down . So it got infected and I took her back they drained it put a straw in her ear ,but no antibiotics so it's infected again. I done payed over $500 and now they want more to do anything else to it. I'm just going to caring her somewhere else THATA CARES |

I brought in a stray cat I found for a full work up. I intended to keep her. I waited two hours before getting into the exam room where I waited another hour. When someone actually came in they weren't very gentle with the cat. After a few tests they said she leukemia but it could be something passed from the mother and I should retest her in a 40 days. A week later I was visiting my mother when I found blood all over the cat carrier. Turns out the cat was pregnant and going into labor. HOW COULD THEY MISS THAT?! I don't know if they automatically thought I would just put the cat down or what. But if you miss the fact a cat is pregnant during a full exam I'm taking my business elsewhere. Don't go here. You have no idea what they could overlook while overcharging you to boot. |
