The staff is helpful and friendly but they are taking advantage of pet owners who feel have run out of options and standard vets and selling all kinds of natural snake oil. I invested a huge amount of money in alternative treatments for what turned out to be a mis-diagnosed Brachycephalic problem in my bulldog. Nice people but very expensive treatments that offer no results. |

This is the place to go if you don't want your dog overmedicated or to receive standard run of the mill medical care. Both Dr. Garden and Dr. Snodgrass take whatever time is needed to address the issue and they explore all natural options (diet change, supplements, etc) before cramming antibiotics, steroids or other meds into my pup. I have seen a world of difference in my dog since we started seeing them 6 months ago. They are very expensive, but in the long run, it should save thousands down the road in long-term healthcare costs. |

I am more than satisfied with the care my many dogs and cats receive here. They are pricey but well worth that price. Hours are a bit limited, but in 16 years I have only waited once for an appointment. I have never felt rushed, they always take the time I need to feel comfortable with my pets condition and treatment. I have received a correct diagnosis every time I have taken a pet there and I have had some real unusual illnesses. (even when another animal hospital couldn't get the diagnosis correct for two years!) I miss Dr. Crosley but feel Dr. Garden has filled her shoes to the max. They practice what ever works medicine that includes holistic and chinese medicines, acupuncture and chiropractic services. They have never hesitated to refer me to a specialist when they felt that specialist could better treat my pet. I like their attitude regarding vaccines, as few as possible to keep your pet protected and healthy. I would recommend them unconditionally. |

We trust the vets here not to push us into things like over-vaccination or Science Diet. They're great. The vets as well as the rest of the staff are very friendly and I like them a lot. We are currently seeing Dr. Garden. She was so sweet to my dog, and she didn't treat me like I'm stupid like most other vets do. I really like this place! |
