Very unprofessional. Stood 10 min at the counter before I finally had to interject in a staff personal conversation. Advised I needed a stretcher and all I got was an 'OK' but no movement. All this time my truck was running in the parking lot, unattended, with an injured dog, to keep the AC going in the Arizona summer. After a while, called the office from the truck in parking lot to say when it was 'convenient' they could bring the stretcher out (wasn't going to leave my dog alone indefinitely!). Never did bring a stretcher - rather carried her in - WITH A NECK INJURY! I could have done that - but most vets want to STABLIZE neck and spine injuries.... All this despite an appointment! My input as to pet's condition or history was irrelevent until I spoke up about it. And I am irrational because I got miffed! Not sure if the monetary value or facilities ranking is accurate or fair but it is the best I can do right now. |

Excellent Emergency Pet Care!!! Staff is wonderful & Dr.s are very knowledgeable. You can tell they love your pet as much as you do. Open 7days/week & 24hrs/day. Our Cavalier had her eye pop out about 1mo ago. We rushed her to the clinic and they took her right in, no waiting. They surgically replaced her eyeball and kept her overnight. 3 weeks later with her sutures out-she gets to keep her eye! Great follow up by the Dr. 24hr staffing to care for/walk/feed your pet. They have Surgical Specialists on staff as well. ***They are a bit pricey...so if it's not an emergency...seek your normal vet. To walk in alone is $85 + cost of care and services. It was well worth it to us. (****They DO NOT provide regular Vet services like vaccines,grooming, reg maintenance,etc****) |
