I was trying to get my pet export and import paperworks with a series of blood draws and vacinnes done in this clinic. But the vet (Richard H. Uecker) is totally ignorant about the export procedures and performs mistake during blood draw on the amount of blood volume to draw and subject my poor dog for blood re-draw and did not apologize for the error made. He demonstrated arrogance and over-confident. He throw tantrums, shouting, throwing things on table and banging door against me as he complains of too much paperwork and procedure for the export. His behaviour is totally unacceptable and is totally unprofessional without concern on my pet export safety. Although he is an experienced vet in medical aspects, but his irresponsible action in handling the pet export procedures is unacceptable. I do not recommend anyone coming to this clinic, especially dealing with pet export as this vet is not famailiar with the procedures as he messed up some of my import paperwork requirements. |
