Staff, including Dr, very friendly and caring. Took a lot of time with me and my puppy, answering all my questions and concerns. Reasonably priced. Convenient hours and good location, too. |

First visit to this clinic after moving. Took dog with obvious ear infection. After trying to sell me multiple vaccinations that were not needed seen by vet. Vet did as I wanted and cultured ears, but did not clean them at all left that for me to do when I got home. When I recieved bill had multiple small charges that added up to more than $20 (sharps disposal fee, tech fee, lab processing fee(in addition to the culture) also charged for a sensitivity prior to knowing if the culture would grow (we'll see if I get that back if not able to grow culture). Stated that their facilies were "state of the art" what a laugh - strip mall with old furnishing. Advertised in-house lab but would have to send out for sensitivities. Overall not good, wish I would have checked this web site first. |
