Dr. Craig Kosheluk has been absolutely amazing. My poor kitty has been very sick, and Dr. Kosheluk has been so informative, friendly, and obviously truly cares for the well being of the animals he treats. He is willing to spend the time telling me all the possible options for treatment and testing, before I even ask he tells me why he thinks something is necessary or unnecessary, and what I can do to help. When it comes to pricing he has been willing to sympathize with how broke I am and let me take my kitty home to monitor and treat him instead of charging me to keep him there. Piper Creek charges less than any other vet I have been to in Red Deer, withOUT sacrificing quality or care. He has been calling frequently to give me updates, and has been going out of his way to find the most inexpensive treatments. Despite how the health of my kitty turns out (still hoping for the best of course!), I am so grateful to this clinic and specifically to Dr. Kosheluk. |

iv dealt with dr.greg for the past 8 years and he has been a vet for 7 dogs and he has gone threw 2 losses with our family. my one dog passed away at 5 am in my arms. i called dr.gregs emeergency number and he met he at the clinic right away with no charge. and he cared like this dog was his own. (because he cared for her for so long) he is very smart with his knowledge also very kind and caring. understanding with money issues as well as patient with our new puppy we recently got. Im Not a fan on the female vet and i think its really hindering dr. greg to become more successful. we rescued our husky puppy at just 2 and a half weeks. he was completly malnurished i made a late night call and she answered telling me to give him pedegree canned food ( not even mentioning milk suplement) i was very angry that i wasent my time on that call. I refuse to now talk to the female vet. Candace and Jade the ladies at the front desk usually have smiles on there faces and generally happy. |

Of all the Vets we've seen over the years of pet ownership, Greg Linnell is by far and away the best ever. We are in our 8th year with Greg and we can not speak highly enough about his knowledge, compassion, care, skill, and understanding. I know the rates are more than reasonable given the excellent level of care; we receive follow up calls on every appointment. At times the desk staff have been brisk, but they've been really busy and it certainly does not reflect upon the standard of care or cleanliness. Easily a 20/10 on all levels, and NO, I/m not related, don;t have an affiliation am not employed there etc.... |

the receptionist/front staff people are not very friendly or helpful. The female vet was not very friendly or helpful and really didn't seem to care for my pet and didn't listen to me. Dr Linnell is the only good thing about that clinic. |

Amazing! I had the woman last year and wasn't very impressed, I went back and saw the male doctor and he was very good, answered all my questions and was the only vet that hasn't made my cat scream when she had her temp. taken. My finances were really bad and they worked out an arrangement so that my cat didn't have to wait until payday to get medicine. Wonderful clinic. |

Not impressed with piper reek. The reception does not sound that friendly by telephone nor in person. I wont be back. It may be less expensive but......you get what you pay for |

I recently visited Dr Sheila as my dog had an ear infection. She was great and gentle with my dog and prescribed medicine. She also took the time to show us how to properly clean his ear. She told us what to look out for as to avoid further problems. She was factual with her approach but you could tell she cares for animals. Today the same dog had a seizure, I called the clinic and they said to rush him in. I arrived at the vet and even though they were busy, they made room for my dog. I had Dr Greg and he is great too. He evaluated my dog, prescribed medicine. I was in and out in about a half an hour. I was told to call (even after hours) if I have any concerns. I have been recommending this vet to everyone as they are amazing and not to mention reasonably priced. I have been to 5 other vets in the city of Red Deer and this is my choice - hands down. |

Love all the staff there and I think Dr. Linnell is a great vet. If you go to this clinic make sure you ask to see him. The other doctor there appears to be unreliable and inconsiderate, but that's a long story.. Still highly recommend it for your pets |

Dr Greg Linnell is an amazing vet. He has provided outstanding care for our dog for 12 years. He doesn't jump to crazy conclusions like so many vets do who seem to want to gouge you for every penny. He will start with the simplest course of action, and if need be, run the necessary tests. His associate Dr Sheila seems to be the opposite of Greg. If you want unnecessary procedures/tests run on your pet go and see her. |

Last summer I brought my little Shih Tzu to Dr. Linnell for a second opinion. Although, I did not have any complaints about the other vets that I have been to, I realized there is a difference in doing your job and being totally invested in your chosen career. Dr. Linnell is amazing! He was so kind and caring to both Missy and myself. He was the only vet that Missy was not afraid of. In November, I had to put my wee Missy down and I knew that Dr. Linnell understood my pain. I recently adopted another little dog and we are heading to see Dr. Linnell for a checkup today. He will be the only vet my pets will see from this day forward. Thank you Dr. Linnell for all of your compassion and caring. |

I liked my other vet but it was getting pricey and the wait times longer so after talking to several people made the move to Piper Creek. I can't speak highly enough about Dr Linnell. We recently had to say goodbye to our 17 year old cat. It was very hard on me. We left her for a couple of days with Dr Linnell hoping for some improvement and he took time to call me each day to let me know how things were going. When the time came he was compassionate, caring and considerate. Our dog doesn't get alarmed at all when she goes in for checkups. He's so good with the animals - I think she almost enjoys it. Oh yes and the prices are very good compared to others. I'd highly recommend. |

I feel very ripped off and taken advantage of by this clinic. I took my 17 yr old cat for a check up as she was peeing in weird places in the house. She is prone to bladder infections and has done this a few times in her life, so we assumed that's what it was again. We said so to the vet (Dr. Sheila Rangen). She told us that it may be a bladder infection, but with a cat her age, probably not. So she insisted we get the most extensive blood work done to check our cat's kidney and liver functions. I felt really uneasy about it, but she very much played on our emotion and made us feel like we had to. It turns out it was just a bladder infection. I am frustrated because my instinct was telling me not to do the blood work, but when we asked the vet she strongly recommended the blood work, and we made the mistake of TRUSTING this vet. Of course I love my cat so I want to do whatever is necessary to help her. They sucked $330 out of us today. Will NOT be going back, |

Dr. Linnell is an incredibly caring, intelligent vet. He goes above and beyond every single time - from an emergency to a regular clinic visit. The staff are equally helpful, compassionate and caring. Appointments are always on time - we never feel rushed or like he is rushing. The office is neat, clean and organized. The prices at this clinic are across the board less expensive than other clinics in Red Deer - and you get SO much more for your money here. I will never take my babies anywhere else! |

Amazing vet. Dr Linnell has went above and beyond for my dogs and cats. He is honest and sincere and he listens to what you have to say. He shares your heartache, frustrations, trials and tribulations. I will not take my animals to anyone but him, it's just that simple. I have to give appreciation to his amazing front end staff as well. Fantastic team! |

I have used every Vet in my area over the past 26 years. While every clinic has their pros and cons, I have finally found what I consider the perfect Vet. I drive quite a distance to go to his clinic, but he is professional, knowledgeable, kind and accomodating. I recommend him to all of my dog friends. Not crazy about his new female partner, but I don't use her services unless I have to. |

Dr Linnell is an amazing vet. He's honest, reliable, and so many other wonderful things. The clinic is clean and not cluttered like some others I've been to. I will keep going to to this clinic as long as I've got my pets...and that will probably be forever. :-) |

I wanted to give a perfect score for Dr. Linnel (and I still would give him a PERFECT score - he is absolutely wonderful!!) However, the other vet that he has working with him is HORRIBLE. I have no idea why he had her join his practice. She pushes things on you that you don't want and then gets upset if you say no. Dr. Linnel, on the other hand, will allow you to ask him questions OVER the phone so that you don't have to pay a hefty emergency vet unless absolutely necessary. If you go to this vet, MAKE SURE you book with Dr. Linnel (or maybe I shouldn't say that, because then he will get booked more often haha)...but for your fur kid, he is the way to go :) The other vet is almost always available - there is a reason for that. The rest of the staff is GREAT! She is the only flub of the operation. |

We moved all of our animals over to this clinic as the service is so amazing. The doctors are really helpful and they always provide advice on "real life" remedies that you can use to assist with healing. |

we had been searching for a new vet for quite sometime. Greg Linell came highley recommend. And now I know why. We drive from the very northside to go to him. We have a 10yr old dog and a 10month old pup. He is very good with both and even my children love to come to the pet doctor.He is caring,gentle and genuine. He is easy to ask questions and gives answers that are easy to understand. Will recomend him to anyone lookig for someone to help with the health and happiness of their pets. very reasonable rates too. |

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Prices are cheapest in Red Deer and they cater to your needs not you catering to their needs. Dr.Linnell is awesome with the animals, very personable and explains treatments in normal language. He is there for the animals not the money. |
