Took my dog here when her normal vet was closed. The staff (including Dr. Marco) were all very friendly and nice to my dog. Had a ton of blood work done and had a medication change. I asked them to print out all of the results of the blood work in case I need to go to an Emergency vet later. Stupid me, didn't check the printouts - they only gave me half of the tests. Called later as my dog was having a bad reaction to the drugs and was told that it couldn't be the drugs - I wasn't blaming them just wanted to know what to do and instead I got a defensive attitude. Was told by the ER vet later that evening that my dog should have had a drug to calm her stomach - especially after I phoned to tell them the problem. The cost was higher than normal and the care was inadequate. I won't go back. |

I was very upset with this clinic - my dog had been in a serious altercation with another dog and needed immediate medical attention. I called this clinic and they told me that because it was 10 minutes before closing, that they wouldn't see my dog!!! I was very upset at this treatment!! My dog needed help and they wouldn't help me!! I hope a lot of people see this and don't go there - then maybe they can make sure they go home on time all the time!! |

Both vets are terrific. Caring, knowledgeable, easy to work with. Front end staff are friendly and helpful. I really like this clinic! |

I recently switched to this clinic after they were open and available to see my sick puppy...twice! I called at 7pm on a Monday and was seen shortly thereafter. They also took a Sunday appointment! The clinic was nice and staff friendly. My pup is all better now and will be bringing my cat to them too when necessary. |

No follow-up or aftercare. Pricing seems disproportionately high compared to other vets given the follow-up visit and/or phone calls received. The office always feels rushed and the experienced is hurried and stressful for both pet and owner. |

This clinic tries exceptionally hard to take care of its patients. Thank you for your caring! Well worth the drive for pet owners who live in Calgary. |
