My rescue is fearful but the staff and Doctor Morley in particular is so gentle and knowledgeable and puts me and my fur baby at ease! I never feel pressured into unnecessary treatments and I have all the options clearly explained. So happy I found this place!

We have been visiting Dr Morley for over 10 years for the care of our pets. He and his staff are very knowledgable about animal care and encourage all questions. They have also shown much compassion during the difficult times of dealing with our pet health. Dr Morley is very kind and gentle towards the pets.

We have taken three of our dogs to Dr. Morley over the past 4 years, and each time we have received outstanding service and care for our pets. Dr. Morley has proven to be extremely thorough throughout every examination that our dogs have received. He has also performed 3 different surgical procedures on 2 of our dogs, and each time there were no complications and quick recovery times. We are very grateful for Dr. Morley's honesty, as he provides the best possible care for our animals, and we will continue to bring all present and future pets to Properties Animal Clinic. Considering the care that our animals receive, it is well worth the monetary value of the services provided.

We have taken our pets to Properties Animal Clinic since 1979. Dr. Morley and his staff are very knowledgeable and have always given them the best of care to keep them happy and healthy. They have given outstanding compassionate care in our most difficult times. We highly recommend them.

Been a few years but my dog went in for xrays as he had swallowed a bone from the garbage and it hadn't passed for a few days. xrays showed that the bone was very close to passing and there was no damage but they insisted I have 4 more done. I agreed to have 2 more done but honestly I really didn't really see the value as nothing different showed up but the 2 extra doubled the price of the visit. I loved how they handled my dog but absolutely hated that they tried to push extra tests and vet food. I'd had my dogs allergies tested through them a few months prior and their vet food they had suggested had several ingredients he was allergic to. Had some very snide remarks from the receptionist for feeding my dog raw due to his allergies despite it being the only food that does not flare his allergies.

I have been taking my dog Marley here since she was a puppy.( over 7 years!) This Veterinary clinic is amazing! The staff are kind and personable and very knowledgeable. The care Marley receives is exceptional!! Dr. Morley or his staff call us to let us know lab results or just to check on her which so so nice. I would most definitely recommend this clinic.

Dr Morley is a genuine, caring and kind vet. He takes his time explaining everything and helping us understand how to best care for our dog. His staff are friendly and professional and we always feel at home. We have been to a few vets in Calgary and this beats them all. We would recommend Dr Morley and his clinic.

This is by far one of the best clinics in Calgary. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Their compassion for both the animals and humans is top notch. They are up front with their costs and do not have any hidden fees when it is time to pay. Dr. Morley is exceptional. He always follows up on any problems or test results very fast. 100% recommend this clinic.

We were with Properties Animal Clinic for 11 years with our 2 dogs until they passed away. After 3 years, we have now returned with our new puppy. Dr. Morley is genuine, compassionate, professional, knowledgable, informative and patient with both pets and us humans. The staff are great, friendly and professional. The clinic is smaller, homey and welcoming, which helps not to overwhelm the pets, and has plenty of free parking. We are very happy to return here, and thoroughly recommend Dr.Morley, his staff and this clinic.

We have always been happy with this clinic and have been using it for about 25 years. Dr. Morley is awesome, down to earth and takes time to do some teaching about the pets health concern. Super compassionate whenever needed. This goes for all of the staff too!

Dr Morley and the rest of the staff is very friendly and professional all of them and our little puppy (9 months) just loves going there. We feel totally safe everytime we have had to take her there and she just was spayed there and we really feel that they care not only for the animal but also for you as a owner, keeping us well informed and safe. I have been with the Properties Animal Clinic for many many years. Dr. Morley and his staff, specifically Emily and Shannon have been fantastic through the few very sad moments I have endured with my precious animals as well as those happy moments when I have brought in a new furry friend into the family. They have been supportive over the years and truly care about not only the animals but also the humans as well! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for outstanding care for their animals from the first day you bring them home to their last moments before they cross over the rainbow bridge to a new life.

We have been seeing Properties Animal Clinic for 11 years. They have always treated our pets very professionally. The vets have been willing to listen to our concerns and explain things very well. Recently we moved to Red Deer and took our dogs to a local vet. The level of service was not what we were used to. Needless to say, we are continuing to make the 1 1/2 hour drive, so we can see Dr. Morley or Dr. Kim. The office staff are very welcoming and love greeting the dogs.

I bring my little Sphynx cat Shelly here and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else, even though I live 25 minutes away. I never feel rushed and always feel comfortable asking my 50 questions! Dr. Morley and Dr. Palacios are incredibly knowledgeable and Emily, Shannon and Erin are fantastic. They love Shelly and always ask me how she is doing when I am in the clinic. Best clinic ever!

Have been patients of Properties for 25+ years. They treat our pets like their own and always extend the highest level of care. We have recommended them many times to other family and friends as we are always thrilled with their services. Dr. Morley is so kind and patient with all animals. When my son comes with us (aged 5+) Dr. Morley always lets him listen to ours dogs heart beat with his stethoscope. So long as we have 4 legged family members we will return to Properties!

Dr. Morley and all of his staff are the best of the best. He is so knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. I live almost an hour away but I will always bring my little ones to him! He took such good care of my little girl, and helped her live her last days in comfort and with dignity. When she lost her fight with kidney disease, he made a donation to the U of C in her memory. That's just the way he is.

I brought my very active Australian Shepherd (Newton) to see Dr. Morley after he cut himself badly at the park. This very well-run clinic had an "emergency spot" available so they saw him and fixed his paw that very same day. The staff at the clinic followed him very carefully every few days until he was fully healed. They even gave me the option of doing his dressing changes at home but were happy to take them on when it wasn't working out so well for us. I was worried because Newton gets anxious and growls around new people but the clinic staff were so good with him. They really know how to read and interact with animals. Newton and I were always greeted warmly by Emily at the front desk. The vet nurse Shannon did a perfect dressing change every time, and so quickly too! She also made sure to put fun summer stickers on it. Basically, everyone at this clinic is so darn nice and professional. They even helped me with insurance paperwork. I'm lucky to have found them for my little guy!

I have been a very long time pet parent & client at Properties Animal Clinic - from the original location on Whitehorn Drive (1981). My dogs have been seeing Dr Morley from the time they were first with me. My oldest was 3 months old, he is 4. Couldn't be happier with Dr Morley's & his staff's care and friendliness. Some come and go to be replace by equaly amazing staff. Emily at the front end. She sure shows her love of animals.. They all do. My big guy is a real wimp - not ready to warm up to Dr Morley, however always is on his best behaviour. My younger girl, an epileptic shepherd cross. has had some trials and isues... Dr Morley takes really good care of her and is so calm in his approach. I truly feel that they all have my animals' welfare foremost. He did suggest when I got Pearl that I might consider pet insurance for both. I took the first 30 day trial for free... and am glad he suggested it..I would highly recommend Dr Morley and his staff..

i have been bringing my dogs here since 1988, starting with Dr Hannigan and now Dr Morley. I have never been disappointed, Dr Morley and the staff are always very helpful and kind to the animals. It is not handy to my home but worth the peace of mind to make the trip there every time. From minor problems, routine care, surgical needs and sad end of life, we have done it all. Don't hesitate to choose them as your vet for your pet.

I have been taking my two dogs and cat to this clinic for a number of years now. I have never been disapppointed with the staff or the quality of service. The clinic always calls with reminders of when my animals are due for vaccinations, when their appointment is etc. There is never a push for additional treatments without speaking with me first. My pets and I enjoy our visits! The clinic is always very patient when I bring my two busy boys as well! Mary Freed

Dr. Morley is incredibly knowledgable and genuinely had my animal and my interests at heart when he recommended his course of treatment. He gave me several options and fully explained the outcomes of each. He and his staff were very accommodating even though I was late for my appointment and stayed late, even with an evening appointment, to help. Highly recommend.

This clinic is amazing, the staff are amazing, Dr. Morley is amazing. After a bad experience with another vet a friend reccommened his vet. Walked in an hour before closing explained my cats problem and within the hour I was back and my cat was examined. A couple of weeks later I recieved a check up call. A couple of days after that I recieved another call, the staff member went out of her way to discuss the problems I brought up to the vet and called me back with a different medication we could try. These people care :)

We Highly recommend Dr. Morley and his staff because of their caring honest approach to our pets.
We have been clients of the Properties Clinic for 35 years with all of our cats. We have two very precious cats Mollie and Maggie, and have always received exceptional care from Dr. Morley, Shannon, Kerrie and all of the staff. Most recently Maggie received wonderful care when she was in for her recent appointment to have her teeth cleaned and a tooth extraction.
She bounced back quickly and were amazed at how much she is enjoying her food now. Her little dish was licked completely clean after her treatment and she can't seem to get enough to eat. It's a pleasure for us to see this with her. I do think she enjoying her food where before she was not interested at all.
Thank you again to Dr. Morley and staff for the wonderful caring treatment our cats have always received through the years. We always know that will never change. Sheila and Phil Cresswell

Prior to bringing my dog to Dr. Morley's clinic, I was taking my sick dog to another vet clinic. The previous vet said there was nothing wrong with him after an examination. However, the problem with my dog had continue to persist and instincts told me that there was actually something wrong with him. I made an appt to see Dr. Morley based on the positive reviews online. Thank god I did! He diagnosed my dog and was given medication. Within a month or so, my dog was a healthy dog! Dr. Morley is really attentive! He listens to all your questions and concerns. After every visit, he would make sure my questions are answered before leaving his office! When he examines my dog, he does it with care. His staffs are very friendly! Whenever I drop by to pick up food for my dog, they would ask my dog how he's doing. It's not just how is your dog doing but they would remember my dog's name! Also, I thought the price they charge is fairly reasonable. He's a great vet and his staff are awesome!!

Dr. Morley is awesome! We just arrived to Calgary and after the three first months our dog got seriously ill. Dr. Morley was extremely supportive and professional in helping us during all that process, but beyond that he was very emphatic and sensible.
Since we really trust him we performed, at his clinic, a major surgery to our dog and it couldn’t be better in terms of the professionalism and service we received. During the recovery process he was always checking (every day) in our dog’s progress, and ultimately our pet it’s alive and healthy thanks to him. I would highly recommend Dr. Morley as an excellent vet and as an awesome and friendly person as well.

Dr. Morley and staff are amazing I take my 2 dogs there, and have since I got my oldest one 5 years ago. I have referred friends who are also very impressed. Everyone is so kind and loving towards the animals and Dr. Morley is just amazing, what impressed me the most was that he personally call the next day or so to check on the dogs to confirm they are doing well if they've had any issues... he talks to the animals when he's checking them over to make sure they stay as calm as possible and you can tell he just really LOVES his job and everyone he cares for. The clinic is always clean I've never ran late for appointments and they don't over book so anxious animals have to sit in a room full of other anxious animals! If you're looking for a vet. my family and my dogs HIGHLY suggest you check out Properties!

I love the staff at the clinic, and Dr. Morley is a very sincere, kind person who isn't going to rip you off! He doesn't suggest unnecessary procedures, does a very thorough evaluation every year, and he literally treats me and my dogs like we are his family! I have referred other friends to his clinic as well, and they are equally impressed with his services! I would highly recommend Dr. Morley and his Animal Clinic for the best possible care for your animal!

Dr. Morley is exceptional and really cares about the animals. Our previous vet retired and our 10 yr old terrier badly needed dental work. Perhaps because we have been lucky and have not had many vet bills, the cost was a shock but Dr. Morley provided us with a detailed estimate and explanation of all procedures and cost for each. This estimate was very close to the final bill. The staff were wonderful and we were sent home with specific written instrucctions. The care Dr. Morley gave our girl was exceptional - the proof being she happily wagged her tail when we went back for a check-up after 2 weeks. Dr. Morley is incredible and hopefully he won't retire for many years!

Have been going to Properties for 15 years and they have always taken excellent care of all our many pets (cats & dogs). Dr. Morley is great and really cares for the animals. He is not one to do expensive tests for no reason. He has respected our "end of life" wishes for our pets and was very compassionate at those times. We highly recommend this clinic and would not take our pets anywhere else (unless it's an after-hours emergency).

The vet was very knowledgable and the staff was amazing!!! Every girl set aside time to make sure i understood and felt good leaving. Only bad part was i felt this facility was understaffed with only 3 employees
