I chose this vet because I adopted a cat from the OKC animal shelter and this was on a vet list they gave me. When I was shown into the exam room the front desk lady took my cat, Willow, out of her carrier to see her. She then instructed me to keep Willow on the exam table at all times. I tried to keep her on the table, but she was becoming more stressed out so I allowed her to jump down and investigate her new surroundings which calmed her down in a matter of minutes. She climbed into my lap and was at ease, finally. Then Dr. Patricia J. Hubartt opened the door and Willow made a break for it, running into the back of the vet clinic.The vet then barked at me why was my cat still not in the carrier?!! I told her that her employee had removed her from the carrier, her reply was that she should have left her in the carrier. She was rude and belittling. She ended up spraying me with the shot up the length of my shirt. And she also got alcohol into my cats eye while she was cleaning her ear |
