Dr. Kevin Waddell & his staff have been amazing. My dog Milo has been a patient of Dr. Kevin's for over 4 years. I have NEVER met a Vet that goes as far above & beyond to take care of his patients & set their owners minds at ease as Dr. Kevin. He has always been available for questions after a procedure even in-between when I have been concerned with something that has just popped up. Milo, an active dog, has had a bunch of pumps and scrapes & Dr. Kevin has often giving me guidance even over the phone if I've been out of town with Milo. His rates are incredibly reasonable & he won't do unnecessary procedures that would inflate your vet bill. Dr. Kevin truly loves his patients & is an example of what Vets should be – extremely kind, knowledgeable, caring & compassionate to both animal & owner never rushing you & answering all your questions. I’ve now moved 100 Km from his office but we'll make the bi-yearly visit to see him – he’s worth the drive! Thank you!! Roberta & Milo |

Very nice office. Prices are fair and Kevin cares a great deal about our pets. Got a hand written note when we lost our lab unexpectedly, not a form letter. |

We had brought in a stray cat and wanted to have the cat seen by a vet to be examined and neutered. Kevin was able to do this on short notice (morning of), yet was still able to take his time looking over the cat, presenting options to us. Never pushy, very patient to both us and the cat, he was very practical in what he offered. By the end of the day our stray cat was neutered, vaccinated, and they even clipped his names and cleaned up the motor oil that was matting his fur. I really appreciate the extra effort that was taken here. This cat was very frightened, and they were still able to do everything and make it the least traumatizing as possible. I also appreciated that the pricing for everything was very fair. No surprises, no pushing for extra services. After owning several cats, and having had several vets over the years. This was my best vet experience so far. |

Dr.Kevin Waddell is absolutely wonderful. My husband and I can't say enough about him. He is compassionate, friendly and professional & we consider him a friend as well as our vet. I think everyone should take their pets there! :) |

I highly recommend Townline Animal Hospital. They are a very professional and well run clinic. Dr. Kevin Waddell is an incredible and friendly veterinarian, and truly cares about our dog and two cats. |

Highly recommend this animal hospital, Kevin and staff are excellent and provide excellent care to our Bernese and golden retreiver (who has had several health issues to deal with) |

I have brought both my dogs here since I moved here 3 years ago and our Cat who passed away last year. We have a Chocolate Lab (13 years old) and a Black Lab cross (4 years old). We've been in for regular checkups and once after our old girl had a small stroke and a couple of times when our very old cat (19 years) became ill. What strikes me most about this vet is how they take their time to explain options and go out of their way to steer you away from money wasting procedures. I've been a pet owner my whole life and have dealt with many vets. I completely trust the this clinic for it's honesty, professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend it. The only down side is that it is a smaller clinic so if you need very specialized equipment they can't do it there. That would be the only small draw back. |

Moving quite frequently, I have brought my three cats to numerous veterinarians over the years. Not one other vet has compared to Dr. Waddell at Townline Animal Hospital. His facilities are modern and up to date, and he is great with patients and their owners. Wait times have always been reasonable, even when Dr. Waddell agreed to see our cat on an emergency basis. When this same cat required very major surgery in December, Dr. Waddell's prices were very reasonable and he followed up both by e-mail and telephone. We never doubted our his expertise. Since surgery, our cat has made a 100% recovery. There is no other vet that I trust as much as Dr. Waddell. |

Dr. Waddell is highly knowledgeable and is very clear and precise communicating and supplies you with many options for your situation. His prices are fair and he and his staff have been very helpful to me. I'm glad I made the switch to his clinic. |

I brought my dog in with no appointment because we thought she was having or had had a stroke. Dr. Kevin Waddell, who owns the place, was excellent. We just moved to the area so we hadn't been there yet. He spent lots of time with me and Hershey to determine the cause of her symptoms, he spent time outlining all the options, all the possible reasons for her symptoms so I had all the information I needed to make informed decisions. He also made his recommendations as he guided me through the options. He didn't push any unnessary and expensive options. Here is a vet who genuinely cared about my dog, and the dogs owner, he didn't try to upsell unnessary services and wasn;t rushed. He even followed up with me by email 8 am the next morning and with a phone call in the afternoon to check up on Hershey. He was VERY knowledgeable as well. I woulnd;t hesitate to recommend him and his practice. |
