This vet office is always clean, staff sometimes not so friendly over the phone or in office. It is pricey as well. |

Very caring and punctual. Good value for care received. Dr Puri is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain. He is very caring of your pet. Highly recommend. |

Worst clinic ever! Brought my dog here, they had to put him to sleep to do x-rays because he was limping for a few days. After doing x-rays Dr. Puri told me to do surgery which he told me was going to cost $3,000 or to put him down. He saw that I was very upset, and all he could say was, "If you book the surgery we will need 50% upfront, before we even start" When I called that evening to get some information about the surgery his staff told me I would have to come in to speak with him because he didn't want to discuss anything over the phone. Took my dog for a 2nd and 3rd opinion, and both doctors told me surgery was not necessary! Other doctors were even able to do x-rays on my dog without putting him to sleep!!! Terrible experience with this vet! |

I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. My cat was mis-diagnosed and he passed away from it. |

Went to so called best clinic in Vaughan area with my 2 pets(dog and cat). Dr. Puri took his time to explain things very well and gave lots of information to read.Answered all my questions. Facility is clean and no smell!!. Recommending this vet facility to my family and friends. |

Brought my cat to extract teeth. It costed a fortune. I asked how many he would need to get taken out. They said they would decide after looking they looked and decided only one. When we asked how many they took out the lady said one FOR NOW. She had the guiltiest look on her face. Few months later my cat won't eat he can hardly chew on any of his dry food. THANKS A LOT! |

We bought a Maltese from Safari pets and she when we took her home she refused to eat and was not in good shape. We were forced to bring her to the store's vet (Puri) where he refused to give us any information and was more concerned about who was paying the bill than the actual dog's well-being. As per contract the store was to pay the bill, but because she was still in his care the bill had not yet been settled. He refused to give us any information about our dog when we called and said if we wanted to hear anything about her we had to pay her bill immediately. This vet is after one thing and one thing only MONEY ... don't trust him. He'll charge you whatever he can regardless if your pet needs it or not. He's a heartless person. Don't know why he's a veterinarian in the first place. |

Two vets own and operate. Very friendly. Good with my puppy. 24 hour number. Vets answer calls after hours. |
