Dr. Eliot Kaplan is obviously a doctor first, veterinarian second as he is extremely knowledgeable and properly diagnosed our dog from x-rays taken by by a prior vet which has been seen by two other vets, all of them misdiagnosed this animal and offered improper treatment, except for Dr. Kaplan. Since then he has been offering the best advice and obviously cares about the well-being of this animal, and is not at all nickel-and-diming us to death. If you want your animal to have the best care available don't go anywhere else. |

Dr. Kaplan and staff are exceptional. I am grateful to have access to a vet whom I trust 100% with my animals. Dr. Kaplan is an exceptional vet who is very, very knowledgeable, treats the animals with kindness and respect, and truly cares for the animals' well-being. His wife, Dr. Linda Kaplan, is also a wonderful vet who specializes in exotics. The hospital has 24-hour care and the vets are on call and can be reached right away, even after hours, in cases of emergencies. The staff are always caring and polite. The prices are more than reasonable, especially when you factor in the level of care given to their patients. I have often recommended this clinic to people who have spent lots of money at their own vets and their vets have not been able to find out what is ailing their animals. Once they go to TriLake, they change vets. People travel all the way from Osoyoos and Revelstoke because of the level of care they receive at TriLake. |
