While the vet demonstrated an acceptable level of diagnostic competence, the administrative staff was a joke. They left you sitting for 30 minutes in the waiting room without informing the vet you were there; didn't understand that a rabies certificate accompanies the rabies tag; and were an administrative disaster when it came to processing your file. They did enjoy spending their time chatting over social issues. Probably a decent clinic for non complicated problems not for complex issues. |

My 3 year old dog came in with emergency bloat and because I did not have $2500 handy (did have $1000) but they refused to allow me to make payments. I had been going there for 20 years, didn't owe them a penny. However, they did take gas out of stomach & pump out food. Charged me over $630.00 Then told me they were closing at 6:00 & the dog could not stay there, that no one would be there all night, to take dog to emergency vet. I told Dr. That it would cost me $1000.00 to walk in the door;That if I had that extra money, I would have given it to him for the surgery to have better % to save his life. I took him home in the back of my Suv and slept with him, in case I had to rush him to vet, I wouldn't have to move him again. He died in my arms and tears at 12:08 a.m. I went back that pm to p/u my crate and one of the receptionist that shook her head adamently No, about payment schedule. She happily said "and how's our baby today". OMG! Well, It's been two weeks and not a call or card |
