Staff are friendly and helpful; doctors are excellent and knowledgeable about a broad range of species. They're expanding the hospital right now, so there's a bit of the construction hassle, but in the end that's certainly a benefit. They are on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for and in this case that's excellent service for your pets. We've taken my rabbits here for everything from respiratory infections to final euthanasia to boarding and never had a negative experience! |

I wouldn't go to any other animal hospital. I've had the best results from them. They care about the welfare of animals and do everything they can to extend the life and well-being of both cats and dogs. I've been going there since they opened up for business and there was only one vet, Dr. Pitts. He's the reason I continue to use this hospital, the vets he hires reflect his values and his love of animals. |

This is THE WORST pet hospital. They did a surgery wrong on my female pit and wanted to redo it and charge me full price again. I spoke to the owner...Dr. Pitts and he said "it wasn't his problem. These things happen." Unbelievable. The lack of compassion was astonishing. Go somewhere else. |

extremely expensive, have to watch out not to be scheduled by the "bad doctors" all the time, unatentive staff, turned us down on an emergency call eventhough we had been going there for years, very unhappy with them. |

Wonderful vets and staff. Been going here for years and have been so happy with them. We have three cats and two dogs and everyone has the best care. |
