Northwoods is all about making money. They nickel and dime you for everything they possibly can and make you feel extremely guilty if you forgo services. They've consistently been nasty to me. From day one they've made me feel like my dog is a mess, to which she is NOT. I would not recommend this place to anyone. |

My pets have been coming to Northwoods for many years for vaccines, illnesses and boarding. I have always been very happy with the care and compassion shown them and me. I highly recommend them to anyone! |

They do NOT care for your pets. I boarded mine there and was VERY sorry I did so. Your pet will be returned to you with injuries that they ignore. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. Please, if you love your pet PLEASE DO NOT take your pet to them!! If you do you cant say you weren't warned. |
