New Client at this clinic and was very impressed. Staff was very helpful when I phoned with questions and to book my appointment and I dealt with the newer female Dr. Dr Wolfe. Loved her! I know there are 2 female veterinarians these people saying bad things about "the female vet" should be more specific. I Highly recommend them. |

As a previous reviewer said Dr. Loff is awesome! But I also had a horrible experience with the female vet who made me feel like I was a terrible pet owner while I spent almost $1000 helping me dog after she got injured. She was very rude. I am also done with them! |

First I have to say that Dr. Loff is absolutely fabulous, however I went to see if I could make an appointment for my dog and the female vet was the rudest, nastiest person I have ever met. Will not subject my pets to the possibility of having her treat them. |

We have had the privilege of having David as our vet to look after a total of 7 cats and 1 dog - his care i exceptional and compassionate as we have lost 6 of the 7 cats due to age - the oldest as 19 1/2! The staff are first class - always friendly and offering to help in any way possible. The facilities are always spotless and we very rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes past an appointment time. Pets cost money - but we received excellent value for our payments. We always recommend David and his clinic to friends and new residents that we meet! Many thanks Ian and Thelma Whiting |

I recently did a practicum with dr. loff, ralph and whitley and they were the kindest people. Compared to most vets around maple ridge, they keep the patient and owners in mind and are very considerate. I also dont thing that both doctors would knowingly try to harm a animal. I wouldn't trust everything you research online. Most of the time they are written by a person who isnt even named or credited. For all you know it could just be another mad client that had a bad experience. I would trust dr.loff over any other any day with the care of my own pets. I think he is a very good at what he does and doesnt just try and dig into your pockets. |

Not returning because of Dr. Ralph who I had to deal with during Dr. Loff's absence. Now, I discovered that even Dr. Loff was silently killing my dog through Vitamin E overdose and cartophen injections which are known to cause liver and bone cancer (http://companionaid.wordpress.com/201...). Beware! Never believe nor listen blindly to a vet. Always do your research and question everything! Vitamin E overdose causes excessive bleeding which lead to anaemia in my dog. How can cancer be prevented much less fought by an anaemic dog?! |

I tell all my family and friends about Dr. Loff. He is a very kind and caring person. He is always willing to take the time to know your dog's lifestyle before prescribing or advising on health issues. Our dogs love visiting him. |

Dr. Loff is the best. Having lived all over the USA and Western Canada we have encountered many vets. Nobody has ever come close to Dr Loff. His genuine feeling for your dog (and you) is obvious, as is the reason he is doing what he does. It's so NOT all about the money like so many vets. Even when we lived away, we would try and schedule vet visits with him when we knew we would be in the area. As far as staff goes....Isabel is as good as it gets. Same level of compassion for people and dogs. |

I found Dr. Loff when he was in partnership at another hospital in Maple Ridge. When he seemed to disappear, I was devastated. Then, he surfaced in his own clinic, and I was overjoyed! I think we were one of his first clients at Eastridge. His care, compassion and sense of humour helped us all through some very challenging times. He even understood our Dalmatian, from puppy on, not an easy task! Diagnosis carefully and cautiously, treats conservatively when possible, highly skilled in surgery with easy recovery and great outcomes. When we relocated to Duncan, he recommended Mill Bay Vet Clinic and we are very impressed with that team, as well, where one of Dr. Loff's former assistants, now works and we love the connection! Thank you to knowledgable, professional and compassionate doctors and staff at Eastridge and Mill Bay Clinics. Our pets thank you, too. |

Best Vet around! We love Dr. Loff and his staff. His rates are very reasonable, but more important, Dr. Loff is wonderful with our pets, and always treats all family members with dignity and respect. |

Dr. Sarah Ralph is an intelligent, careful listener who explains things well, and does not push an agenda. She is gentle and patient with my large dog, my small dog, and my cat. Not a low cost clinic, but I don't mind paying for peace of mind and quality. |

Dr Loff and his staff are fantastic. They are really caring and I trust them with my dog. I feel like he never over medicates and tries to keep perscriptions to a minimal. I do not feel the same about his asociate. I felt rushed and over charged by her. I still bring my dog all the way out there even though I now live an hour away because I trust Dr Loff more than anyone else. :) |

I've had a lot of Vet's in my time, but Dr. Loff is by far the best. You can tell he really cares about the animals, it's not just about money. He always goes out of his way to make sure Gracie and Oscar are comfortable....he even gets down on the floor with them. His associate however, is another story...I will never see her again. Its amazing how two so different people can practice in the same office. Dr. Loff is tops! |

Dr. Loff and his staff are first class professionals. I have yet to find a more thorough veterinarian that takes his time, doesn't rush, and explains everything that is going on. He is the kindest, and most compassionate vet I have every encountered. |

I bring both my cat and dog to see Dr. Loff and I think he is the best vet in our area for sure. His staff always finds a way to fit you in, he is very helpful and knowlegable. He once saw my pup before his clinic was even open in the morning because she was so sick. And he has never over charged me. Im not sure what i'll do when he retires! |

i would have to say that hands down dr. David Loff is the best veteranarian that i have ever come accross. He is a kind and compassionate person as well as a skilled and knowledgable professional. His rates are reasonable and i have never felt that i have been overcharged. In fact, i feel that compared to other vets, he undercharges if anything. He is kind and gentle with the animals, and always takes the time to explain exactly what the situation is with your pet. The staff are friendly and knowledgable, and they always do their best to accomodate. I would have to reccomend these folks 100% as i simply cannot find anything negative to say about Dave or his staff. A very wise choice for a vet !! |

Dr. Loff has the skill and bedside manner that you would be glad to find in your own family doctor. For all the needs of our two dogs Dr. Loff was always kind, professional and helpful. We are now looking forward to another long term relationship between Dr. Loff and our new puppy. |

Having animals all my life I would say Dr. Loff is the very best veterinarian I have come across. He has cared for my animals for seven years and has been genuinely compassionate through illnesses. He spends the time to ensure he answers all your questions. A truely caring vet and his staff are from the same mould. |
