I do not care for one of the vet techs that works there, in fact I doubt we will be going back. she was rude, judgemental and condescending. |

Facts are given in detail. The veterinarian educates the pet owner to benefit the pet. Anytime I call for an emergency or an appointment, the office takes my pets asap. Compassion and care, and kindness, are the best I have seen. Most of all, they are excellent at their jobs. |

I started using Dr Messenger when we had a rabbit: he knows a lot about rabbits, and most vets don't. We now bring my son's rescued cat to him, since they are the ones that did all the cats medical treatment from his rescue (Dr. Jenn in Tilton did his eye surgery, when she was with this practice.) The front desk staff is GREAT, the techs are awesome, and Dr. Tela and Dr. Messenger make a good team of vets. Dr. George saved my son's cat's life: he had some funky anomaly in his urinary tract which became infected and nearly killed him. Dr. George felt something just "doesn't feel right," and if he hadn't, we would have lost this awesome cat (whose owner is serving in the Army in Iraq.) Dr. George stayed in the office until midnight, PERSONALLY, to monitor this cat. Thanks to Dr. George & Dr. Tela and their wonderful staff, I don't have to tell my son that his cat died while he was serving our country. Thank you, thank you, thank you! |

Dr. Messenger did not impress me at all, when he continued to call a staff member "retarded" infront of me when it was a simple mistake that was made. They need a better system for their patient pick up time. I've seen people wait a 1/2 hour to pick up their pet, because the doctors have to squeeze them between the regular scheduled appointments. Too much chaos!The technicians try to guilt you into vaccinations and preventative medications that you really don't need. Unfortunately the only doctor i really liked (Dr. Jen Beaulieu) is leaving and opening her own practice in Tilton. |

Dr. Messenger is not good at handling parrots. First time I thought it was just a bad day but after the second and third visits of rude treatment and handling, it was clear it was necessary to find another vet. The assistants are helpful though. |
