Horrible expereince! I will never go back! It seemed more like abuse then a health check! I just came in for a health certificate. This was my dogs first time to this vet. He has been to many other vets and this is the only one that put a choke lead on him as soon as they walked in the room! Hardly even looked at him. And then a muzzel! In the first few minutes! No dog likes their temperature taken, that doesn't mean they need a muzzel. The assistant didnt want us to touch him to help calm him down and because of the muzzel he was doing everything he could to get away and got banged against the wall multiple times. When the Dr was listen to his heart the assistant tried to hold his mouth closed to he couldn't pant. I know it's harder to hear when they pant but it's possible and you're just making a scared dog feel worse. She needs to go back to school. Every other vet I've been to can say what a well behaved dog he is. Worst vet experience of my life. |

I JUST WISH MORE PEOPLE WERE AS NICE AS THEY ARE. THEY LOVE PEOPLE AND ANIMALS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. |

THEY MAKE YOU FEEL SO COMFORTABLE. THEY ARE SO FRIENDLY AND COMPASSIONATE. I HAVE FOUND A PLACE I FEEL WELCOMED AND A GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO ARE TRULY CONCERNED ABOUT MY PETS HEALTH, STATE OF MIND AND WELL BEING. IT FEEL LIKE HOME. |

Staff has always been friendly and treated myself and pet with kindness and respect. They are not the cheapest, but they do offer quality care |

Best experience I have ever had with staff and doctors. Happy, competant, compassionate and capable care for my pets. Both my dog and my cat love them, too. |
