	12/9/09	5	5	5	5	We've been taking our twin boys to Dr. Cords for nine years and wouldn't go anywhere else. All staff are pleasant and remember names and furry faces even on the street!

	5/23/08	5	5	5	5	I have used Gentle Care for 13 years and they have been WONDERFUL to me. They are very caring. The facilities are a clever western design and it is a pleasure being there. They do everything in front of you, which is so important to me. The support you get from the staff is oustanding! And you will never find a cleaner hospital! I do question their use of Ketamine/valium. Ketamine stings and should NOT be used for pain relief and valium can actually excite an animal. I have learned euthanasia is best accomplished with a combination of Domitor and Butorphanol administered first.
