This clinic is the biggest farse in all of vet care! I went in for a limping older dog....$2500 for the first visit with no discussion of cost. The he wanted a $1000 ultra sound on my dogs heart before a $2500 xray......but he did $600 of laser therapy on my dogs hip prior to any diagnosis. Guess what stupid? A $200 xray at another clinic told me my dogs hipo was broken! Stay away unless you want bad care at a very high cost! But they do give you a damm fine cappuccino! |

My family has used Dr. Mann since he took over ownership of the Greentree Animal Clinic many years ago. Twice I tried to change vets to someone closer and both times had issues. I immediately returned after one visit each. My last dog was not the esaiest to deal with in an office environement and Dr. Mann was great. He is very caring and helped us give our dog a great 16 years. Now that we are ready for a new puppy I wouldn't think of aywhere else to go! |

Dr. Mann and Dr. Keenan were both very helpful with caring for my cats. Dr. Keenan gave my cat 3 years more of life due to her quick diagnosis of a thyroid condition. Dr. Mann was very compassionate and honest when it was time to euthanize this same cat due to kidney failure. Both took their time with me and answered all my questions honestly. |

Dr. Mann is the best veterinarian I have ever visited. I also agree that he is no nonsense. He and his staff are very knowledgable. My pets are in great hands. They also have a great new facility. |

I have to agree with the previous comment regarding Dr. Mann. He is a no nonsense kinda guy, right to the point which is what I like....I have taken my puppy there for her shots and love it. I must admit though, my dog has had no problems for me to take her there but they were great when she was there. It is close and convenient. my only negative issue with them was the price to spay my #20 puppy. I ended up taking her to pgh spay and neuter clinic and had no problems with that. But other than that thay are great. |

This vet does not treat birds, reptiles, or "others", only cats & dogs. There are 3 doctors working there & I would choose any BUT Dr. Mann. He is quick to offer euthanasia as a treatment option, before even doing simple blood tests. He also trys to "talk" you into euthanizing, saying it would be best for you to do it now instead of waiting. After talking to Dr. Keenan I was offered several treatment options and my cat is still alive & doing well today. |

There is 1 receptionist who thinks she knows everything and was always telling me everything I was doing wrong and making me feel like I wasn't a good dog mom, but otherwise I was always very happy with the care given to my 2 dogs. The only reason I stopped going there was that I moved quite a long distance away. |

My many cats have been treated by Dr. Mann for years. He is the BEST vet I've ever used, as he is extremely conscientious, caring and knowledgeable. He is always a pleasure to deal with, even under stressful situations. I'd recommend him to anyone without hesitation. |

Dr. Mann is fantastic. He works through the Green Tree Animal Clinic. I recommend him on the basis of his no-nonsense attitude, his easy to understand communication style, and his ability to work well with my dog. I made the mistake of taking my dog to someone else who had less experience or ability and regretted it. Dr. Mann is phenomenal. |
