Click to report rating    4/20/11   4     5     5     3   The vets tend to say they look up info, which is good that they confirm treatment options, but made me wonder. Grice usually asks me which treatment *I* want to try, which is nice, but I think, "you are the vet, you tell me which is best for my cat!" The front desk staff does not say anything when you come through the door, which is offputting and not very welcoming. But the solitary vet tech Meghan is helpful and seems very kind; she kept me updated during and after a pretty serious procedure my cat had, and even called to check on him the next day. They offer pain control after procedures (Metacam) in a fairly reasonable dosage. I have only been going there for a few weeks, but they are a huge improvement over my last vet. Their building is large and well maintained. They told me that after hours emergency help is available if Dr. Grice is "in town". This clinic is a bit expensive, but emergency 24 hour clinics are even more so! This clinic is worth it so far. RID: 24511

I was able to bring in their own food, toys, etc. A little expensive but the care was excellent. Both my dogs came back to me very happy and healthy. Will definately board there again! RID: 10075

Click to report rating    7/30/08   3     4     3     1   Services Very Expensive. Better Value Can be Obtained Elsewhere. Will not phone prescriptions in to pharmacies. Must pick them up at office. Not open on weekends. RID: 9514

Click to report rating    7/7/08   3     5     3     2   Vets not knowledegeable on dog nutrition,They actually asked me to switch my yorkie to Science Diet which contains corn and chicken by products and is a terrible food. I feed him Natural Balance rolls,Royal Canin & home cook for him and they said he should get 1 dry food only as dogs will eat anything and it is better to give one single food. As the owner of a yorkie who previously had bouts of anorexia, low weight and skin problems until I changed his diet I beg to differ. I wish vets would stop trying to push SD. RID: 9191
