Recently moved to the area, called this clinic to get some info, the receptionist was rather unpleasant and unfriendly.Everyone can have an off day, but went in the following day to pick up the info and it was the same receptionist and she was still very unfriendly and seemingly irritated that I asked questions(?). Is the vet good, perhaps but I wouldn't know, if this is the first impression they choose to give the client, I will take my business and my pet elsewhere. I rated it right in the middle except the staff rating, because the only experience I have with this clinic is dealing with the receptionist. |

I have and will keep bringing our pets to M.R.V.H. I've lived in Maple Ridge for twenty two years and have trusted Vets Kocheff and Tremblay. |

Dr Kocheff has been in business for a very long time and certainly knows his stuff, he is a very compassionate and professional care provider. |

We had to get our dog in yesterday and they had no apts but called us right away that morning w cancellation. We took him in and ended up spending the day w them because of necassary work up. We ended up finding out he was full of cancer and put him down that day. They put us in a room at 10:30 am and we left at 4:30 They allowed us to stay with him all day and they were awesome to us. The vet and staff were so compassionate towards both him and us. We just want to say thank you. Some people will have negative and positive comments on here about this clinic Things may had been different if we went someplace else...but Dr Tremblay, Ashley and all the staff were so gracious and kind. We couldn't have asked more of them. Kobi was part of our family and we felt like they treated him that way |

Love this vet! I have used them for years on many different pets and have always been treated awesome and not over charged. |

I can highly recommend this animal hospital for all your veterinary needs. The staff are all very friendly and experienced and can help you with all aspects of your pets care, from food to dental to vaccinations. They are honest and truthful, the hospital is nice and clean. Dr Tremblay is an EXCELLENT doctor and I would trust my 5 cats to no-one else, she also works very hard helping out Katies Place the local cat shelter with their veterinary needs. Dr Kocheff has been in business for a very long time and certainly knows his stuff, he is a very compassionate clinic owner who will always help you out. If yo want kindness, compassion, excellent veterinary care and staff with not only knowledge but a good sense of humor then this is the hospital for you! |

will never go back. Dr. gave me wrong instructions for giving my bunny meds for a bad eye infection. Had to go and see another vet and was told I was given wrong instructions and the wrong tests were done on her. After seeing a vet at Allouette hospital, her eye started clearing up in just a couple of days with the proper tests done. |

Dr. Kocheff is good with animals but everything is overpriced. They also recommend medications that are expensive while there may be other less expensive alternatives. The receptionists/service staff is not as friendly with people and animals as the staff in prior years. You may find a cheaper but just as good alternative in Maple Ridge. |
