Had a great first visit last week! The clinic was very clean, the staff were very efficient and best of all me and my pet were treated with care. Will definitely be back and will be recommending to all my friends. |

Dr Pfaender is the best. She has amazing knowledge and skillset and actually cares about the animals as well. Plus she is super friendly, helpful & caring. I was terrified to have a less common surgery for my dog but the clinic put me at ease before, during & after surgery, so accomdating and helpful. I cannot recommend this clinic enough - we are so blessed to have this doctor in Langley. I am so glad I found this place. Staff (Heather, Rebecca & Kathy) are amazing too. Botton line - if you need an amazing vet you can trust 100%, go here. |

Outstanding care by all vets and staff! Jane is awesome and really cares (as does everyone there). I truly believe this is the best clinic in the Langley area and will never go anywhere else. They might be a little out of the way depending on where you live, but well worth the drive! |

After using many vets in Langley and Surrey and not being satisfied, I am so happy I found this clinic. Unfortunately all my pets came with health issues but I could not be happier with the love and care my pets have been provided with here. Like everyone before me has said, this clinic really does care. |

I brought my dog to Aldor vet clinic because he was hit by a car and not able to walk on his one leg. They took x rays of his leg and told me he dislocated it. Dr Pfaender put a cast on his leg but put it on way too tight. After a week of discomfort my dog finally chewed the foot off the cast only for me to discouver his foot was black and bleeding.I brought my dog back to Aldor clinic the next day to get the cast removed. They removed the cast and told me he had Gangrene all up his leg and it was a direct result of no blood circulation due to the cast being too tight. When they took the cast off the entire clinic smelled of rotting flesh. They have now amputated his leg and my vet bills are at $2500. I feel they have failed me and more importantly failed my dog. I never would have thought a dislocated leg would lead to amputation and will never return to this clinic |

Very good clinic! Exceptional care of my pets! Reasonable rates also for the quality of service being provided. You will not be disappointed coming here! Even if you live outside of Langley Aldor is worth the drive! |

This clinic is amazing. Amazing quality for the money. Dr Pfaender is amazing and actually cares about your pet, not just the money. Extremely punctual, thorough & knowledgeable. Great follow up care as well. This vet clinic is 1 in a million, take your pet here and you will NOT be disappointed! Thank goodness for Dr Pfaender and her team, I was lost before I found them. I am 100% confident in them in treating whatever issues my dog has. Thank you! |

I was lucky enough to have worked for Dr. Pfaender for 3 years. I have worked at other clinics and none have been as thorough and as caring as the Doctors and staff at Aldor. If you are looking for a clean, organized clinic with Doctor's that actually care about you and your pet, you should check this clinic out. I have since moved from the area, but should any of my pets need care, I would be more than happy to travel to see Dr. Pfaender. |

Have been taking our family pets to this clinic for almost 25 years. You can tell there is a genuine caring for their animal patients by everyone at the clinic. LOVE that the vets call to check in after a visit, and the 24 hour service is great. Appreciate the pragmatic approach to care as well, have helped save our family lots of unnecessary costs and medications. Overall, a great standard of care and a true partner in caring for your beloved pets or farm animals. |

I would easily be able to recommend this vetclinic to anyone looking for knowlegable doctors who truly care about animals and not just the money. I have been to many clinics over the years and this is the one I have chosen to stay with for the last 5 years. The clinic is clean, cost of services are very reasonable fof the quality of care my pets receive and it is great knowing if something happens in the middle of the night Dr. Pfender is just a phone call away and will meet you at the clinic. Vets who care this much.nowadays are hard to find! |

Brought my young cat here to be neutered and was very happy with this vet. The office staff are friendly and helpful. The vet is great and my cat had a good experience at the vet. They phoned the next day to check on his progress and offered a free follow up visit. This kind of old fashioned caring neighbourhood vet is very rare. I will only take my beloved cats here in future. |

I was very pleased with this clinic! After being dicked around by another vet office, i came here and they helped my cat in 1 visit unlike the 3 visits to the other vet. I will always bring my pets here from now on! |

Awesome vet - have been a loyal client for 20+ years. Always helpful and have a pragmatic approach to keep costs down but still provide top-notch care. LOVE the 24-hour availability with the answering service and the true caring about animals. |

After being fedup with another vet came here with my sick puppy. The staff and vet were all amazing and my puppy warmed up to her right away. She gave her a very detailed physical exam and took her time evaluating her. Clinic was super clean and tidy, promt service, reasonable price and overall just a great experience. Made me feel like they actually cared for my puppy's wellbeing. Will definetely be making her my vet of choice! |

After going to Brookswood vet and having a horrible expierence someon recommended this vet. Dr. Radley was awesome and so were his staff. Also there rates for my dogs vaccines are very reasonable. I reccomend this vet to everyone. |

I have been going to Aldor for 11 years now. When I moved here from Victoria they are the only vets that would actually handle let alone touch my Rottweiler.I have had 6 more since then and they all go there. Luv Christiana and the staff and the new vet Dr Radley is a super nice man. they get a gold star from me..and my Rotts.. |

I do not know what the poster below me is talking about. The clinic building itself is simple, it is not a multi million dollar facility, but it is very clean with all the necessary veterinary eqipment. The staff and Doctors are awesome and I never feel pushed to purchase things I do not need. In fact, I told the staff my family was pushing me to euthanize my pet instead of spending so much money on her, and they adjusted the bill and saved me over $50! Usually it is Vet's making you pay MORE, not taking money off so you can afford your pet! They truly care about the animals. |
