My dog was a patient here for 7 years. I can honestly say I have spent over $10,000 on his treatments there. Took him in one day, and got home...1/2 hour later, he was bleeding from his rectum. I called the vet immediately (was just there and paid $155), and it was 2 minutes before 6. They close at 6pm. The vet had left, and when I asked the nurse if she could please just call my vet and see if I should take him to ER, she said that this was the vet's personal time, and she didn't want to bother her. I found a new vet, and went to pick up the file. The owner told me that they have a right not to give me any.all parts of my file. After 1 hour of demanding my file, I got some of it. They had ignored a 3/6 heart murmur that a specialaist had found in January (faxed over to them and put in my file without reading). Despite the many times I have been there since, only found it 10 months later, and now my dog's condition is moderate..haven't even finished going through the file. BAD |

I took my dogs there for a few months and found this place extremely expensive. They look at you weird, when you ask about prices. They do additional tests without asking you directly and you always end up paying 3-4 times more. They have no compassion for you when it comes to paying your bill. There is one female doctor Jennifer Bartolucci who in my opinion is rude and unpleasant to deal with. Always late and I felt rushed though the appts. I have spent hundreds of dollars for their treatment and which did not help at all. I have paid for unnecessary lab tests b/c of her lack of knowledge. She will make you see her a few times before getting your medicine and she will never give you enough medicine so you are forced to come back and pay for another visit. They hire underqualified teenagers who are very sweet but make mistakes and overcharge. In addition, this place is so small and uncomfortable; you can hear them making bad comments and jokes about you behind closed doors. |

I enjoy all the people at this vet but I find them to be very expensive, with the exception of neutoring. They do accept pet insurence though. They did mess up on my dogs weight in the computor though by adding an extra zero, it seems had I not questioned why my dogs medication was so much they wouldn't have caught the mistake, but I could be wrong. Over all a comprehensive vet. clinic. |
