Dr Ellis was compassionate with my sick golden. She was very easy to talk to and did everything she could for my dog. I was appreciative of the reception staff and wonderful vet. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for you great work. |

I do not have a pet, however, I found an injured cat lying at the side of the road. After phoning 2 other vet clinics (one - no answer; two - told me I'd have to pay a few to bring the cat there), I talked to someone over the after hours messaging service. She was very nice and connected me immediately to one of their vets. He met me at the clinic and took in the cat. He was very caring, not only to the cat, but to my daughter and myself also. He promised to try to find the owners & to stabilize the cat and have him monitored overnight. He also offered to let me know what happens. The facility was clean, bright, "friendly" atmosphere. If I ever get a pet, I will definitely bring my pet here. |

All of Cypress View staff members are very kind and considerate. They understand that our pet is our family and treat us as such. I must admit we did go somewhere else once, and went right back to Cypress View; lesson learned. I would recommend them to anyone. |

Love this clinic and there staff!!! They are amazing with my animals, and all the animals @ the shelter I work at. Always there. To help in any way they can and help you as a pet owner make the best decision for your pet! |

Our dog recently passed away suddenly so we called this vet clinic about having a post mortem done and they were able to accommodate us quickly, however upon arriving to drop off our dog we were first and foremost ignored by a rude and very uncompassionate office manager and male receptionist. It wasn't until the lady who was just finishing up with a client greeted us that we finally got somewhere after she interrupted their conversation and passed us to her. She took our information and information about our dog and would shrug and say not that they need to know this anymore about certain questions she asked. When we brought the dog into the clinic the male receptionist "assisted" us and clearly could not understand why we were upset, judging by the offensive look towards us. On a positive note DR. Tim is one of the BEST vets we have ever dealt with and if he ever left this clinic we would follow him no questions asked!! |

They refused service because I am on social assistance and could not pay the fee upfront for my natural like service dog. Now I got to drive 2 hours. Took me into office and humilated me in front of other clients showed me the door and said never come back and rudely closed door. I did use this place in winter months now will have to drive to Drumheller where first vet when I moved to AB practices, and understanding. Cypress View just want to line their pockets and rip off clients. I was in tears when I got home. |

I love this vet clinic! My dog loves coming here... seriously! The clinic is clean and welcoming. The staff are super. I wouldnt change for the world. |

I brought my dog in because she had a broken leg, they told me they were going to give her surgery the next morning and that they would wave the overnight fees. So i came back the next day to get her and they did not perform the surgery and refused service and made us pay for the xrays that were supposed to be covered by the SPCA. They treated me bad and also bad mouthed me to another vet in the city, they told the SPCA i had confrontation with one of the doctors and so the SPCA called me and yelled at me and called me names, I was not impressed at all with how the situation was handled and will never be returning to Cypress View. Now my dog is operated on broken leg, done by Valley Pet Hospital. |

The staff all truly care about your pet and you. They are there for you 24/7 and go out of their way to make sure your pet is healthy and happy. They also take the time to talk to you and help you to understand any procedures, why they are needed and what the outcome should be. Both our cats have had medical emergencies that involved overnight stays. Both times the staff have been beyond comforting and understanding that they are more than just animals. We have been going here for years and will never take any of our pets anywhere else. If doctors that treat humans were even half as kind, patient and caring as the staff at Cypress View, our medical system would be in much better shape. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and how much they truly do care. |

Have had Five encounters in the past three weeks for my dog which Finally ended in surgery having to be done. On each visit, I found the Drs to not only care for my pet but also for me. Explanations were thorough with sound reasoning for what was to be done. Even when it became quite evident that surgery was required, further tests were done to ensure that the right treatment option was being under taken. Followupcarewasexcellent. Hats off to all the staff!! |

The girls at the front desk is very nice,I haven't met any of the Doctors there really but when i took my cat in to see what was wrong with her they were very good with me. And they gave me advice on what kind of food the cat should be on.I am glad some one told me to take my cat there. Keep up the good work. |

I have taken my pets to Cypress View for many years. I find the staff caring and they really care about you and your best friends. My emergency experiences have been heartbreaking but the Dr.s and staff have been wonderful. Cypress View in my opinion is the best in the city |

Thank-you Dr. Harrison. You made a very difficult situation very good. The staff was efficient, friendly and very accommodating. The vet was friendly and helpful, and very professional. She was very thorough, and gave us all of the information and options we needed. |

Extremely great visits here. After having huge issues with Valley Pet, I posted an ad to get a vet recommendation. I ended up at Crossroads and still was not satisfied. I changed once again and was absolutely thrilled with Cypress. All the Dr.'s are so nice and helpful and friendly. They made me feel like I was family and my pets were well received and are no longer scared to go to the vet. Intact, they get excited when we pull up! Thank you Cypess Vet!!! |

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Potts and not only is he a great veterinarian who really cared about my pet but he is also not hard to look at! I appreciated his professionalism and extensive knowledge. |

I find the staff to be very helpful & the vets kind & knowledgeable. We have been with them for 29 years & we have seen them grow & expand. The two things that haven't changed through the years is the compassionate great care & reasonable prices. |
