Doctors are great but the technicians are terrible. I have taken my cats there for eye issues and the techs aren't careful to the point that they are rough and I don't believe they have good skills. One tech sprayed saline directly into my cats eye that had just been operated on and I had to have her back within the week for a second operation. I believe they damaged my cats eye unnecessarily. Additionally, they charge you for the initial visit but start doing tests on your pet without telling you it's going to add to the cost and isn't part of the initial exam fee. Keep an eye on your pet if you bring them here and watch the technicians very carefully. I literally told the technician to stop what he was doing and he kept doing it. It was very bothersome and very disrespectful. |
