I stumbled upon Dr. Ward approximately 15 years ago when my dog was hit by a car(small gash on head) and my regular vet was going to lunch and wouldnt see her. Dr Ward postponed his lunch, having never met me and took excellent care of our Frankie. Since then we have brought ever stray pet and friends pets. This place is wonderful,reasonable and I cant say enough great things about it!! |

Dr. Ward was recommended by a co-worker who has her dogs/cats seen by the clinic. I was impressed, on the first visit, by the promptness and friendliness of the staff. Dr. Ward was great with our cat, you could tell he really likes animals. We had our cat spayed, declawed, and shots at a reasonable cost. My cat has also seen Dr. Holenbeck and he was great also. I frequently recommend the clinic to everyone I know that has animals - tell your friends! |

My new pup was behaving so strangely. I took her to Dr. Ward. The moment he stepped into the room I could tell he really loved animals! He was kind and compassionate, took excellent care of my baby. Not to mention it was easy on the wallet! |

Dr. Ward and the staff have been first rate in their care of my dogs. Dr.Ward is a very experienced vet who knows what to take seriously and what may be just a minor problem. This has saved me some money over the years. Dr.Ward is also very good at listening to owner comments and working with you on pet health issues. I never feel like I'm getting lectured to. The staff trys not to let things get backed up too much in the waiting room, and there is plenty of room to exercize you pet outside while you wait, if need be. All in all, a first rate vet hospital. |

Dr. Thomas Ward & his staff were there for me in 1993 when I arrived in KC with one dog to update on shots. As my animal family grew to 3 dogs and a cat, Dr. Ward and his attentive staff gave me exceptional, compassionate service at a surprisingly low cost. Check them out and gain new friends for life. |
