After picking up my 2 male puppies from surgery, I discovered that Dr. Rob Folsom took it upon himself to groom my puppies facial hair against my permission because he thought they needed it, his reasoning was he was protecting their eyes. I gave permission for the clinic to neuter not groom my puppies. As they are still 4 month old puppies, I was happy with their appearance, not anymore. |

Dr. Rob is great! I have taken 5 pets there. His staff is really nice and friendly. He is byfar the best vet in Ascension Parish!! |

I have been taking my cats and my rescue pup here for a couple of years after moving to Prairieville from Baton Rouge. I can't imagine a better experience! Even my animals are comfortable here....they were a fretful mess at other vets.
You WILL get attention, punctuality, and hospitality here. In addition, your animal will get great vet care. Highly recommend. |

Last September our pet was sick with lymphoma and had to be "put to sleep". Dr. Folsom and his staff were wonderful. We were devasted and they treated us with incredible care and compassion. I have taken pets to many vets in the Baton Rouge area and have never been treated so kindly. I plan to take all my pets to Dr. Folsom, even though it is a 30 minute drive to his office. |

I just want to take amoment to thank Dr. Rob and his associate, Dr. Chrisine for taking such great care of our little Yorkie, Max. Being new to the area and also fairly new at being dog owners we were a little afraid of trying to find someoene we could trust. Max was attacked by a stray dog and was in pretty bas shape. They operated on him and nursed him back to health with great medical care and a lot of love. His rate(s) were more than reasonable and I would recommend him to ANYBODY and plan to do that as long as I live in the area. Drs. Rob & Christine, you two are wonderful and have a client for life!! |

Dr. Folsom and his staff are wonderful with their furry patients and their owners! They are kind, patient, attentive, and are always egar to give advice. I know they are a busy practice but they spend plenty of time with each patient and are still punctual with their following appointments. Dr. Folsom and his vet techs have friendly and caring personalities that I appreciate! |

I adopted a dog that Dr. Rob's staff rescued. They have been absolutely wonderful to me and my new pup, not only connecting the two of us, but helping with the treatment of several pre-existing conditions, even helping with the bills. It's always easy to get a convenient appointment time, I've never had to wait AT ALL, and the staff truly loves animals. They go above and beyond the call of duty to give us a positive experience, and I honestly don't know where my pup would be without them. I've dealt with MANY other vets in the area in the past, and I will never see anyone else again. |

Dr. Rob genuinely cares about his clients. He has always worked with me when it comes to paying my bill. He AND his staff work hard to make sure that you are comfortable with his procedures and make sure that you fully understand your situation. This is why he is so successful! |

Dr. Folsom has been great any time I've been there. His rates are VERY reasonable, and, unlike some other less expensive vets, you get MORE than what you pay for. He's a great, friendly vet, listens to his clients, and is very good with his patients. It's a smaller practice, but the care is above and beyond. His staff is also very friendly, knowledgable, and compassionate. |
