I had a very positive experience when I brought my male cat in for examination. He needed emergency care on a Sunday for a urinary obstruction. The staff was very caring and knowledgeable and I actually preferred their treatment to that of my own vet. |

we took our dog we got there at 6pm exactly only to see a tech at 7pm to take vitals dr.at 8pm we were not told that if other pets come in after us they decide who to see first according to need you can be there for hours before someone comes to see you we would of left and taken our dog to our vet the next day not enough staff dr. was nice receptionist forgot to tell us that it is not first come first serve for my money it was a mediocre experience over all and we will not take our pets back there again if you go just know that you may be there for hours |

Vet Heather Eagen could only identify dry eye on my dog when he had actually had a heart attack, couldn't walk, was out of it (kept his eyes closed - eye actually was blown out from elevated intraocular pressure when examined by my vet the next morning)), fever and elevated white count. Refused to do anything other than give him some eye ointment. I even told her I thought he had had a heart attack or a stroke the way he was acting. She, knowing he was running a fever and had an elevated white count, wouldn't even give him an antibiotic. I took my dog to regular vet the next day who immediately identified what was going on with him (heart problem) and started approprpiate heart medication. Too late for the eye. This young woman also has an attitude, very uncaring and, based on my interaction with her, is an incompetant vet. Please do not take your animal there. I found out later from my vet that there have been many complaints about her. We had to put my dog down not long after |
